★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant experience at Nikos Villas. Rooms are well spaced out and clean. Service is little slow. WiFi network only in reception area. Very minimal network in rooms. Breakfast was average. It was fun to talk to the owner, he is a fantastic guy. Very helpful and friendly.
I would definably recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were allowed to use their pool as part of our stay. Clean pool, lovely staff. I ordered a club sandwich and quite honestly I think I’ve peaked in the club sandwich world. No other will now compare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was head over heels better than just being very good hosts. Each one of them would do well to be put in charge of any major US hotel. The view is fantastic. The location is superb. You can come here and immediately know you will miss it once you leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikos Villas exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The staff was so friendly and the location is unbeatable. It is in Oia (I recommend anyone that stays in Santorini stay in Oia or in one of the towns with the stunning caldera view. Do yourself that favor if you go all the way to Greece - it is what makes Santorini so unique!). The views from Nikos Villas are unbeatable! You can easily walk anywhere in Oia from Nikos Villas - shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. And you are also close to Finikia, a local village with amazing local food. I look forward to going back and will definitely stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikos Villas Hotel was a dream hotel for the start of our honeymoon. The manager and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful for my wife and I. From the moment we booked the reservation their customer service and hospitality did not go unnoticed. They truly made us feel so welcome! The hotel is perfectly situated on the Island in Oia that it was not close enough to be disturbed by all the foot traffic but close enough that all the restaurants and tourist attractions were under 15min walking distance. The superior room that they have has arguably one of the most beautiful/unobstructed panoramic views on the island! Absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend!
