★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away!! Hired a 'premium' smart car which ended up being 10+ years old and broke down from overheating 3 times. The owner tried to pin the blame on us and refused to refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they told us a single day rental was €35, then tried to increase it to €40 within two minutes. The fuel was 2/6 of a tank which obviously necessitates stopping at a gas station before doing anything. They wanted the car returned at 2/6 of a tank which is a nonsensical amount at which to pick up or return a car. As others have mentioned, it seems like a ploy to get you to fill the car up for them. Should I ever find myself in Fira again, I'll plan to use another agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly initially, later on said didn’t cared much on our request to refund for extra gas that we have for them in the end of rental .. totally became ignorant saying this is Greece and we don’t care about you or your expectations. Also said we are here to do business by taking money from American tourist.. highly disappointed on how these natural spots of tourism are becoming these days .. selfish and greedy !!
