We visited the office today, after being instructed to do so by another travel agency office right down the street, in order to ask some questions for traveling to another island and what the COVID test restrictions were. The older lady behind the desk was very unprofessional and yelled at us for asking questions since we hadn’t booked the tickets with THEIR office. We were under the impression that all the offices in Fira communicate with each since they themselves sent us but I suppose they don’t. We apologized for taking their time BUT that really doesn’t make up for her unprofessional behavior towards us! We will not visit nor recommend this office to any of our friends or family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I signed up for a tour to visit the volcano. We ended up going to a wrong location and because of that we missed our tour.
The team at pelican were so kind and they refunded us the fees we paid although it’s our mistake.
You don’t find many companies with such an approach nowadays. Really nice of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to pick up the boarding passes for a ferry which we had booked online. We realized the ferry has been cancelled. The guy there was really helpful to look for alternative for us. One of us needed a new flight instead and one needed a new ferry. They managed to find each of us a good alternative and took care of the refund themselves (we had booked the tickets on ferryhopper.com), and we only had to pay the difference. Very good service and it all went smooth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can purchase Ferry tickets at less cost here than anywhere online by a couple dollars but they don't sell online and they charge you to print the tickets you buy from online company's. The online companies that sell for them don't know where to send you to pick up the tickets or their hours of operation. Almost missed the boat because of this strange setup.
