В	Валерий Виноградов on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upsetting is the incorrect distribution of time on the vulcano-tour with a stop on the island of Thirassia. Very little time is allotted to the volcano. I almost have to run. There is no time to rest and look for good angles and landscapes for photos. Conversely, more than two hours of time are allocated to Thirassia. But there is nothing to do there. Probably the boat guide gets money from the restaurants and that is why he set aside so much time for Thirassia. It would be better to increase the time on the volcano by at least 10-20 minutes.
C	CL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The voucher tells us to show up 30 min before the tour, which is a joke. People lined up to get to the counter only to be told the boat is right in front of the shop. What a waste of time. This could be done by just having a clear sign board.
N	Nick Sarlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Booked a tour for 2:30 through Viator, was told to redeem my ticket at the harbor. After taking the cable car down the cliff, read we needed to redeem the tickets at their travel agency before. Google maps showed the agency all the way back up the cliff, way too far for us to get back in time. We don't know who's more to blame, Viator or the travel agency, but the instructions were poor about how to redeem. To make things worse, after I wrote asking for a refund due to the confusion the travel agency lied and said the office was 5 minutes away from the harbor as if we weren't there only a few hours before. Miserable tourist trap customer service more concerned with getting your money than the quality of what they provide. My only regret is that I can't also give Viator a 1 star review. There are plenty of other much better options if you go, we found a last minute boat to take us on the same route and enjoyed it more than the overcrowded mess that they were offering.
M	Maria Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the port and showed the guide out ticket for a half day tour.He placed us on the wrong boat and when raised with him claimed we never showed him our tickets (he took 1 of them) and told us to speak to the crew. Crew were friendly but didn’t really know what to do. I had to ring the office to get help. Solution was to wait for the princess ship to show up and tell them. Extremely stressful and a waste of our morning and money as we are unable to do the volcano tour which we paid for. Hoping the next boat takes us our we will miss our flights tonight. MAKE SURE YOU QUESTION GUIDES BEFORE BOARDING!!
X	Xanthe Willey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a little research on who to go with and it seems often people have issues with time allocation in different places with all the companies. My friend and I didn’t feel this way at all. 2 hours at the volcano was plenty to trek up and down and have a little sit part way down, and 2 hours at Thirasia was a good amount of time if you want to go up to the top and back down again for food. Bit of a trek up but amazing views so I’d say it’s worth it. If you want to just sit at the bottom, then it may feel a little long, but it’s not exactly difficult to sit in the sun with a drink with those views if you ask me??‍♀️ Food wasn’t amazing at Captain John’s, pretty basic but no complaints. Boat itself was really nice, stopping off at the hot springs was an experience and good fun, and had a couple of drinks from the bar which were good too.
