Worst place ever. Filthy rooms,zero services,decoration from 80's and very expensive. Stay anywhere else. Even on camping is way better and worth more. GO AWAY!

I have been in many places on earth I have never seen such a room and hotel in my life, me and my partner booked for two nights and tomorrow we are leaving for another place.

Beautiful place only few minutes walk from beach, great people, Good vibes, feels so nice there like we are all family ....

Perfect Greek setting! Hosted by a very warm and kind family. Beautiful garden and close to the village and the beach. Table tennis and pool table free to use. Do not expect luxury of the rooms (at least not ours), bathroom is very basic, but there are renovation plans. If there was a problem the manager was eager to help, was nice! One tip for Perix house might be to provide easy way (espresso pot) to make coffee.

Great place for a frat party in the peak season with a nice BBQ fireplace and a "get together" area for hanging out with friends. Not so comfortable for a family especially if you have a small child because of the hygiene level (low). Staff is very nice and pet friendly.

Excellent and very affordable villa. You get a lot for your money. Villa Perix is in a perfect location, right next to Neos Marmaras, in front of the main beach, on flat terrain. It is 700 m away from the part of the city beach where you have natural shade before noon. You can walk to the beach and in the evening, leave your car in front of the apartment and walk to the promenade. The sea on the city beach is clean and transparent, the entrance is gradual, there is enough space for towels and parasols. Neos Marmaras is located on three hills, it is very compact, the streets are very steep and narrow. If you are not an experienced driver, with a lot of patience and do not own a car with an excellent handbrake, I do not recommend staying on the three hills of Neos Marmaras. It is enough for you to walk along the promenade by the sea, I do not recommend going to the hills, because there is nothing to see and driving a car can be a real challenge. The streets are not only narrow and crowded with vehicles, but also every other one-way street. That is why Villa Perix is the perfect choice. Like I said, it’s on level ground and there’s a lot of parking space. The villa has a front and back yard, where you can have a larger group sitting on the covered terrace and children are free to play. The yard is neat and full of content for the youngest. The apartment where we were with the children was clean, spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Wi fi was good all the time, there was always hot water even when all the apartments were full. The air conditioning in the apartment worked great. The part where Villa Perix is located is a few degrees colder than Neos Marmaras itself and the nights are very pleasant. Due to the amount of concrete, Neos Marmaras itself is very hot and stuffy during heat waves. The owners of the villa are wonderful, unobtrusive people with a lot of understanding. They are always at your service, we felt at home. Nearby, 300 m towards the beach, there is an excellent pizzeria Tukan where for 10 euros you can order a pizza with a diameter of 50 cm, which is very convenient. Lidl is located 3 km from the villa, towards Nikiti, so you can visit it when returning from the surrounding beaches. Two large supermarkets are located at 700 m, on the way to Toroni. The main road is 300 m from the villa and you can immediately start exploring the surrounding beaches. All in all, a great location for a nice holiday, a great villa and wonderful owners. If we come to Neos Marmaras again, we will definitely stay in Villa Perix. I would recommend Villa Perix and Nikana to everyone, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for the perfect organization of the vacation we decided on at the last minute. We will definitely work together again.

Excellent location near the best beach in the area. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. The rooms have everything you would need and everything is very thoroughly cleaned between guest arrivals and departures. The surroundings are mostly farms and olive trees so it is calm and peaceful, yet close enough to a large market Masoutis.
