★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, κάναμε πολύ γρήγορες συνδέσεις σταθερής και όλες οι διαδικασίες ήταν πολύ εύκολες και γρήγορες. Ο Μανώλης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και με βοήθησε πολύ σε ότι χρειάστηκα.
 Very helpful staff, we made very fast fixed connections and all the procedures were very easy and fast. Manolis was very friendly and helped me a lot in everything I needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εχω κάνει αίτηση για νέα σύνδεση 17 Σεπτεμβρίου. Είναι 29 και δεν εχω internet (σε οκ περιοχη). Η μοναδική στιμγή σε όλη τη διαδικασία που νοιάστηκαν για την ταχύτητα της, ήταν στην υπογραφή του συμβολαίου. Απο εκεί και πέρα μόνο καθυστέρηση, σε όλα τα σημεία της διαδικασίας. Οι καθυστερήσεις, οι λεπτομεριες των ραντεβου, η πορεία της διαδικασίας κ.ο.κ. μου επικοινωνήθηκαν πάντα με καθυστέρηση. Σε οποιοδήποτε interaction που εχω με την εταιρια, αντί να νιώθω ότι μου παρέχεται ένα service έχω την αίσθηση ότι πρέπει να κάνω εγώ πράγματα για να "γίνει η δουλειά". Κορυφη του παγόβουνου σήμερα: Moυ εδωσαν χθες ένα τρίωρο παράθυρο για τελική επίσκεψη τεχνικού (εγκατάσταση model) με 15 min ειδοποίηση. Ο τεχνικός μου έδωσε 5 min ειδοποιηση και εφυγε 5 min αφου έφτασε στο σπίτι πριν προλάβει κάποιος να φτάσει. Ο τεχνικός δεν απάντησε σε καμία επικοινωνία 5 λεπτά αφού εφυγε και η εταιρία μας πρότεινε να παραλάβουμε εμείς το Modem.
I have applied for a new connection on September 17th. It is 29 and I do not have internet (in ok area). The only moment in the whole process that they cared about its speed, was in the signing of the contract. Beyond that only delay, in all points of the process. The delays, the details of the appointments, the course of the process and so on. they always contacted me late. In any interaction I have with the company, instead of feeling that I am provided with a service, I have the feeling that I have to do things to "get the job done". Top of the iceberg today: Yesterday they gave me a three-hour window for a final visit of a technician (model installation) with a 15 min notice. The technician gave me 5 min notice and left 5 min after he got home before anyone could arrive. The technician did not respond to any communication 5 minutes after he left and our company suggested that we pick up the Modem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αδιάφοροι να ακούσουν το πρόβλημα σου, το μόνο που ξέρουν είναι να εισπράττουν λογαριασμούς και να σου λένε να πάρεις την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση. Ούτε τι πρόγραμμα έχω δεν ήξεραν να μου πούνε.
