E	Eleftheria Tsipidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουμε σταθερό και Ίντερνετ με τη Vodafone. Από το πρωί δεν λειτουργούν. Μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο πολλές φορές (μετά από πολύ μεγάλη αναμονή κάθε φορά) και είπαν να μας δώσουν μια κάρτα sim με λεπτά και δεδομένα για αντικατάσταση της υπηρεσίας μέχρι να επανέλθει. Κάναμε τον κόπο και πήγαμε στο κατάστημα Vodafone Golden Hall (που τελικά αδίκως σπαταλήσαμε το χρόνο μας) με ένα φλασάκι δεδομένων, εξηγήσαμε την κατάσταση και οι υπάλληλοι μας έδωσαν μια κάρτα sim δεδομένων αντί κανονική. Μετά ξανατηλεφωνήσαμε για ενεργοποίηση και μας είπαν ότι δεν είναι δυνατή η μεταφορά των λεπτών και δεδομένων που δικαιούμαστε επειδή η κάρτα που μας έδωσε το κατάστημα είναι μόνο δεδομένων. Έχουμε δυσαρεστηθεί πάρα πολύ και θέλουμε να αλλάξουμε εταιρεία. We also have landline internet with Vodafone. They have not been working since morning. We talked on the phone several times (after a very long wait each time) and they said to give us a sim card with minutes and data to replace the service until it comes back. We made the effort and went to the Vodafone Golden Hall store (which ended up wasting our time) with a data bottle, explained the situation and the staff gave us a data sim card instead of a regular one. Then we called again for activation and they told us that it is not possible to transfer the minutes and data that we are entitled to because the card given to us by the store is only data. We are very unhappy and want to change company.

Οι τιμές στα αξεσουάρ έχουν προσαρμοστεί με τον ανταγωνισμό και δεν ψωνίζεις στα τυφλά όπως γίνεται στις αγορές απ το διαδίκτυο. Αν συνεχίσουν έτσι, με τιμές κοντά στις ιντερνετικες, με εμπειρία άμεσης αγοράς αλλά και επαφής με το προϊόν θα κερδίσουν τον κόσμο που ψωνίζει μέσα από την οθόνη του κινητού. Very nice store, not very crowded and the service is immediate. The children who work there are always kind and willing to serve you. The prices of accessories have been adjusted to the competition and you do not shop blindly as is done in online shopping. If they continue like this, with prices close to the internet, with experience of direct purchase but also contact with the product, they will win the people who shop through the screen of the mobile phone.
