V	Vasilis Souflas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα ένα πρόβλημα σχετικά με την παραλαβή του μόντεμ για υπηρεσία vdsl, συγκεκριμένα ενώ τηλεφωνικά είχα πάρει προσφορά δωρεάν ρούτερ, είχε χρεωθεί με αντικαταβολή και όταν πήρα τηλ πρωινές ώρες την εξυπηρέτηση μου είπαν να πάω σε ένα κατάστημα που με βολεύει το απόγευμα να πάρω ένα μόντεμ. Είπα εντάξει και ότι θα επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα Περιστερίου, αφού πριν κλείσουμε ο υπάλληλος μου ανέφερε ότι αν υπάρξει κάποιο πρόβλημα θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου μέχρι το απόγευμα, κατι που δεν έγινε, οπότε και πήγα στο κατάστημα. Απευθύνθηκα σε έναν υπάλληλο του καταστήματος που στην αρχή ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Μόλις είδε στο σύστημα ότι δεν είχα κάνει τη σύνδεση στο κατάστημα αλλά μεσω τηλεφώνου, άλλαξε συμπεριφορά λέγοντάς μου ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι... του ανέφερα ότι θα μείνω δύο με τρεις μέρες χωρίς ίντερνετ, διότι ήταν Παρασκευή απόγευμας και ότι μου είχαν αναφέρει ότι θα πάρω απο εκεί το ρούτερ δωρεάν και έπειτα θα συνεννοηθούν μεταξύ τους. Εκείνος μου έλεγε ότι δεν βλέπω κάτι τέτοιο στο σύστημα και κατηγορηματικά ότι θα πρέπει να πληρώσω 20 ευρώ για να πάρω μόντεμ. Τον παρακάλεσα αν μπορούσε να συννενοηθεί με τα κεντρικά και μου απάντησε να πάρω εγώ τηλέφωνο από το σπίτι μου... Μαλλον θα έχουν μεγάλη χρέωση αν πάρουν από το κατάστημα...πολύ κακή εμπειρία από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και όπως ήταν φυσικό έμεινα τρείς μέρες χωρίς ίντερνετ. Ίσως η φορθνετ πρέπει να ψάξει λίγο αυτά τα φρανσάιζ... I had a problem regarding the receipt of the vdsl modem, in particular while I was getting a free router on my phone, had it charged for a cash on delivery and when I got in the morning, the service told me to go to a store that helped me in the afternoon to get a modem . I said okay and I will visit the Peristeri store, since before my closing, my employee said that if there was a problem he would contact me until the afternoon, something that did not happen, so I went to the store. I asked a store employee who was very helpful at first. Once he saw in the system that I had not made the connection to the store but by phone, he changed behavior by telling me that he could not do anything ... I told him I would stay two to three days without the internet because it was Friday afternoon and they had told me that I will take the router free of charge and then I will get in touch with each other. He told me that I did not see this in the system and I would definitely have to pay 20 euros to get a modem. I asked him if he could get in touch with the central ones and he answered me to get a phone from my house ... I would have a big charge if they get out of the store ... very bad experience from this store and naturally I stayed three days without internet. Maybe the coach should look a little for these franchises ...

Εξαιρετική, φιλική και με ακεραιότητα εξυπηρέτηση και ενημέρωση από το προσωπικό για όλες τις υπηρεσίες Nova και προιόντα τεχνολογίας. At a central point on the pedestrian street and very easy access by METRO from all areas of Athens. Excellent, friendly and comprehensive service and information from staff for all Nova services and technology products.

Π	Παναγιωτης Παπαγεωργιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν οι χειρότεροι σε αφήνουν 2 μήνες χωρίς ίντερνετ και όταν απελπίζεσε και πας σε άλλη εταιρία σου κάνουν δήθεν μου τάχα και δικαστική αγωγή ... ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΙ ...Αυτά τα λίγα για να ξέρετε χωρίς πολλά πολλά καινα κουράζω ..(οι υπάλληλοι δεν ευθύνονται για αυτό ) By far the worst leave you without internet for 2 months and when you are desperate and you go to another company, they allegedly rush me and sue you ... UNACCEPTABLE ... These few to know without much fuss .. (employees are not responsible for this )
