★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place in the waterfront, filled with green grass and trees. There is an enclosed patio with scattered stones. You can get drinking water from a public fountain. Though the name suggests that the park has something to do with sounds, it does not. Downside is a bit of dirt on the ground.
