★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σημερινή αγορά. Ζήτησα 17 στηρίγματα 3/4" με λάστιχο χωρίς στιφώνι για σωλήνα 3/4". Το προϊόν το είχαν το πήρα και πήγα ταμείο.
Μου ζητήθηκαν 23€, τα έδωσα και κοίταξα αμέσως το τιμολόγιο για να βρω τι έχει πάει στραβά αφού η τιμή ήταν εκτός πραγματικότητας.
Το τιμολόγιο γράφει στηρίγματα βαρέως τύπου με συμπαγές λαστιχο (δλδ τα RM για όποιον γνωρίζει που είναι εντελώς άλλη κατασκευή και έχει μέσα και ούπατ στριφώνι) τα οποία όντως έχουν κάπου εκεί.
Επισημαίνω ότι μάλλον έχει γίνει λάθος αφού η περιγραφή (και η τιμή κυρίως) δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που πήρα. Η απάντηση είναι πως και αυτό που πήρα είναι βαρέως τύπου και έχει λάστιχο...
Τους εύχαρίστησα και έφυγα
Λάθοι μπορούν να γίνουν παντού αλλά η μη αναγνώρισει δεν δείχνει επαγγελματισμό.
Καλή τύχη σε όσους ψωνίζουν από εκεί.

Today's market. I asked for 17 3/4 "brackets with no stiffener for 3/4" pipe. They had the product, I took it and went to the cash register.
I was asked for 23 €, I gave them and I immediately looked at the invoice to find what went wrong since the price was out of reality.
The invoice writes heavy-duty brackets with solid rubber (ie RM for anyone who knows that it is a completely different construction and has a plug and socket) which actually have somewhere there.
I point out that it was probably a mistake since the description (and the price mainly) does not correspond to what I got. The answer is that what I got is heavy type and has a tire ...
I thanked them and left
Mistakes can be made everywhere but not acknowledging does not show professionalism.
