Ocean Heights View Hotel - Souliou 4

Wonderful staff! But the rest is so-so. Location very bad. Very poor dish assortment for vegetarians. It's 4 stars hotel, but feels like 3 or 2. But the staff is just amazing! Wonderful people!

Overall the hotel is decent if you don't have many expectations. The rooms are clean and sufficient without any luxuries. Hotel definitely does not have 4 stars (even if it advertised as 4 star ), you can feel the early 2000's vibes all around. I was mostly concerned with the old owner who is always watching you and his staff with a face that tells you "you are doing something wrong" which was intimidating and very sad to watch. Food was tasty, but you can tell that the cook has very limited possibility (probably due to the budget cuts) and after 4 days we had enough of the same dish every day. Sometimes the juices were diluted with water and some of the refreshments were not available (savings). I hope that the "always watching" big brother is not a typical case in Greece.

We've been here 1 week in August 2020. Staff is super friendly, especially on the reception, "we are here for you 24h" really describing them. Rooms are small, but equipped with everything you need and everything was working :) Was surprised that in All Inclusive cocktails at the bar were not "Inclusive", but afterwards we've found that cola/fanta/sprite/beer/brendi cola/wine are more than enough. Food is good, not a lot of choice with the desserts, but we were never hungry ;) There is 1 small pool for kids and 1 big pool but even with a lot of people around - enough place. 3 waterslides available, we had fun there too. Just near the reception is a car rent, price looks little higher than at the companies near the sea, but you feel safer with "hotel guarantee". Bus to the beach is going on schedule, we preferred to go on foot, but when you are coming back uphill - feels tiring. For beach towels or locker-box you must pay extra. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and think that it's a very good price/quality option.

Small but great place to have a rest and fun at the same time! I really don't understand some of complaints here. Hotel is located in small village, about 15 minutes walking to the beach and near Chersonissos town. You even can get there with free bus provided by the hotel! Food and drinks are really ok, hotel is clean&organized, but the staff here is AMAZING! We had a lot of fun with Sandra and Jalel from the animation team, they do their best to make everyone happy. You just can't get bored with daily sports&fitness program. We also enjoy evening's games and Greek Night. Definitely good value for this money!

I rate the hotel at five stars, especially thanks to the excellent service, always smiling: Argyro, Vaso, Maria, Joana. Tasty food from morning to evening. Dance evenings and transfer to hersonissos and to the beach are positive

Great food and really nice people. I didn't have any problems, the staff was very helpful with everything. Location was perfect for somebody who is into active relax. Definitely recommend :)

We are disappointed and feel cheated. We booked a room at this hotel through a travel agent four months before our holiday. On arrival the receptionist led us outside the hotel to the small old cottages 200 metres away where we were to sleep. These cottages do not belong to the hotel, we were led to a completely different resort. The boss, Katrina, said with a smile that everything was ok, the sun was shining, we were on holiday and we had somewhere to sleep. We can come from there to the hotel and use the restaurant and bar. Only the intervention of a resident from our travel agency helped and we got a room for the second day, which was in the hotel. When we complained to the travel agency, the boss Katrina was upset about it, claiming that we were already sleeping in her hotel. Unfortunately during our stay we found out that other guests are also accommodated there. The hotel sells more rooms than it offers and then makes guests sleep in old cottages. Generally, I would not call this hotel 4 stars. In this hotel are favored guests from France and Germany, others are inferior. With such treatment of guests you will NOT be successful!

The resort is marvelous, very well organized, clean, pleasant and has absolutely everything one might need for a family vacation - outdoor pools, splash pool (lots of fun for kids!), a mini-market, a kid's club with a lof of activities, cocktail bars, live music, mini-disco for kids in the evening. We also loved the family room and the view from the balcony. The breakfast is very good, there is everything you might need, even picky eaters or ones with food sensitivities will find something tasty for them. The staff was also very friendly and professional. In short, a great choice for a family vacation!
