Arrived on 26th of September 2021. Couldn’t sleep on first and third night as some guests decided to have a party. On the third night The hotel dealt with the noise after reporting it. Avoid main building if you mind noise, it’s better to book a bungalow, especially if you are travelling with small children.Another negative thing is there are not enough smoke free zones. The Hotel could make sure that people at least don’t smoke at the Kids Mini disco. Also, make sure you bring your own beach towels as the hotel doesn’t provide them. Be aware, many people are waking up in the morning and reserve the loungers by throwing towels on the top. Food was ok but no wow factor. however, I could always find something for my likeness. In general our expectations of the hotel were exceeded: Clean rooms , nice views of sea, mountains, pool and garden. it has also a nice playground for the kids and a mini Spa for the adults. The live band was the best entertainment of the week.it’s cheap to get to Hersonissos by taxi (8 Eur). We were there when the earthquakes happened and would like to point out that staff acted very professional and explained how to act in the event of danger.

Brilliant hotel and the staff are brilliant, always so friendly and helpful. Lots of choice of buffet style food, which is great and the meat is always tender. Can't fault the place to be honest. Would definitely return!

Nice place staff are lovely very clean only down side is the food it's mostly warm at best or cold when I mention this I was told not everybody likes it hot my reply was how do I get a choice I can't wait for it to get hot. The only other thing is the entertainment it's mainly for the kids who make up about 5% of the customer yet get 95% of the entertainment it's not just this hotel a lot do it very little entertainment for the adults surely they can put some music on to dance to that's the least they could do but as I said it's not just this hotel. I would go back and stay there and just eat out.

Great room with Sea and Pool view Food was very good. Lots of choice, spotless restaurant. Drinks , always something to drink if you stay versatile. Overall , easily worth every Euro. Only disappointment for me is no Cat welfare plan for winter in place. The Hotel is missing a trick with many visitors by not having a plan like Creta Maris , shame.

Great hotel, good food, friendly ,helpful staff. Not very mobile so for me a bit too far from anywhere else.

We have recently returned from our 12th visit to this comfortable and very friendly hotel, and have already booked to go again in September 22

Rooms a bit small but you only sleep & shower it is cleaned every day fresh towels & the bed is made for you even if you make it yourself. Once you are here the staff are friendly

Really enjoyed ourselves, food was a little random but us Brits are set in our ways! I've never been in a hotel that is kept so clean! It was a shame it wasn't on the beach, but that wasn't the hotels fault, it was ours for not checking! The entertainment was okay, was a little basic and could do with a revamp. But overall, you and your family will have a great time.
