Πολυ καλη εξυπηρετηση απο τον κο Γιαννη χαμογελαστος ευγενικος επαγγελματιας στο ειδος του κ πολυ εξυπηρετικος μας βοηθησε με υπομονη και χαμογελο να βρουμε τα τελεια γυαλια για εμας... κανενα παραπονο μακαρι να υπηρχαν παντου τοσο καλοι πωλητες να σε βοηθησουν να κανεις την σωστη επιλογη... το καταστημα και φυσικα τον κο Γιαννη τα συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα... Αν μπορούσα θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια Τους έδωσα τα γυαλιά ηλίου για αλλαγή φακών στις 26/03 μου είπαν 4 εργάσιμες μερες 2/4 ξανά πηγαίνω στο κατάστημα να ρωτήσω τι γίνεται μου λένε θα αργήσουν αλλα δεν γνωρίζουν πόσο, επειδή έφευγα από Αθήνα τους είπα να μου τα στείλουν 6/4 ξανά πάρω τηλ, λένε θα μου τα στείλουν και ότι θα με καλέσουν να με ενημερώσουν δεν με κάλεσαν ποτέ! Ούτε τον κωδικό αποστολής μου έστειλαν ποτέ όπως οφειλαν να κάνουν εάν ήταν σωστοί επαγγελματίες Δεν έλαβα ποτέ καμία κλήση τους! 16/04 εγώ τους ξανάπαίρνω τηλ. Γιατί αυτούς δεν τους ενδιαφέρει προφανώς αφού τα λεφτα τους τα έχουν πάρει και ζητάω τον κωδικό αποστολής εν ολιγης τα γυαλιά τα παρέλαβα 19/04 επίσης τα έξοδα αποστολής ενώ με διαβεβαιωσαν ότι θα τα πληρώσουν οι ίδιοι τελικά τα πλήρωσα εγω UNACCEPTABLE! If I could I would put 0 stars I gave them the sunglasses for lens change on 26/03 they told me 4 working days 2/4 I go to the store again to ask what is happening they tell me they will be late but they do not know how much, because I left Athens I told them to send them to me 6/4 I call again, they say they will send them to me and that they will call me to inform me they never called me! Nor did they ever send me the shipping code as they should have done if they were the right professionals I never received any of their calls! 16/04 I call them again.
