★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Хорошие апартаменты , хороший район , шла одна от метро в 12 часов ночи , все ок ) спокойно .есть утюг , фен , посуда , все для приготовления еды . До рынка где можно купить морепродукты 10 минут , до хорошего супермаркета my market 6 минут . Интернет хорошо работает ) лифт в доме имеется . Заселение без заморочек , все легко

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advertises with "wifi is available in all areas", but both wifi and 4G signal are unable to reach the room in the basement.. service center was not willing to provide a solution, so I had no internet connection in my room for the full 6 days of my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome modern designed flat (as seen in photos) with everything you need for a short stay (wifi, kitchenette, AC, coffee, great shower)
The location is a mix of close to hip (5 min walk) and central (20-30 min walk) touristy area. But also 1-3 blocks from drug infused, homeless ridden streets.
The host was very communicative and helpful by pointing me to a garage to park the car as it doesn't feel safe to leave it on the street.
