Personale gentile e disponibile, posizione top, ma effettivamente Kavos è piccola, quasi tutti i posti sono da considerarsi in centro. La spiaggia è stupenda, la piscina anche, il bar della piscina offre bevande gasate (tipo coca, fanta, sprite ecc) talvolta sgasatissime, provenienti da bottiglia grande, la colazione è poco varia ma BUONA, nel periodo della nostra vacanza (fine settembre) pare ci sia la raccolta dell’uva o qualcosa di inerente alla produzione di vino per cui la mattina è pieno di api a caccia di tutto ciò che è molto dolce, quindi la colazione o la portate in camera o dovrete aspettarvi che vi ronzino attorno, camere belle, docce piccole con tendina, no bidet e soprattutto vietato gettare carta di qualunque tipo nello scarico del WC, pena intasamento dello scarico, eravamo scettici quando ci hanno detto che in tutta l’isola è così ma effettivamente dei ristoranti in cui siamo stati, dei musei e luoghi di interesse che abbiamo visitato sia qui a Kavos che a Corfù abbiamo trovato gli stessi avvisi, quindi niente la carta va buttata in dei cestini presenti in ogni bagno. La meta è stupenda e molto selvaggia, poco rovinata da inquinamento e edilizia, la sera qui a Kavos c’è solo da scegliere dove andare a mangiare e bere, purtroppo (ma pace) causa particolare momento storico, le discoteche sono tutte chiuse in stato di abbandono. Da maps ad oggi l’immagine del satellite non è aggiornata, manca la piscina. Di tutte le foto che abbiamo fatto, diverse ritraggono i gatti che razzolano per le aree aperte dell’hotel. Credo di essere stato abbastanza esaustivo, venite qui serenamente, molto importante cercate di avere accordi precedenti all’arrivo per il trasferimento dall’aeroporto. Il nostro volo ha fatto un ritardo mostruoso e ci siamo trovati a spendere 70€ per il trasferimento, pensavamo di arrivare molto prima e poter valutare qualche navetta a prezzi più abbordabili. Per il ritorno abbiamo trovato un taxi privato che ci costerà 50€, forse si può trovare qualcosa più a buon mercato, ma noi non siamo stati capaci di trovarlo

Fantástico por ubicación y vistas - habitaciones limpias - bonita playa. Un poco lejos de la ciudad de Corfú. El chico de la mañana habla inglés perfecto! Nos encantó el desayuno y la hospitalidad. No nos gustó mucho el centro de la ciudad

Nous avons adoré les chambres propres et l'hospitalité de Veronika et Teo. l'emplacement est magnifique et proche de nombreuses tavernes. Dans la région, vous pouvez trouver de la bonne nourriture à bon prix. la réception n'est ouverte que jusqu'à 11 heures du soir. chambres ensoleillées et beaux balcons. la piscine est top !!

Lieu très touristique mais ne pas y aller en avant saison. Tout l'extérieur était en travaux. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'hôtel en extérieur. Je pense que l'établissement sera très bien en haute saison mais en basse saison je déconseille. Lieu très très touristique.

I was staying at the hotel with my family at end of May 2022. The staff of the hotel are very caring about their guests and very helpful - wonderful people. We felt there safe and welcome. We had some troubles and one medical emergency with our child - they reacted very fast, helped us and were also worried about us. We appreciate it a lot! The pool was amazing and also the public areas of the hotel. Unfortunately Kavos itself is not so great. There is a lot of trash around the hotel and at the beach. Not so suitable for a family with a small child. But, anyway, we enjoyed our time there.

When we arrived we got a very bad room which was above a disco. It was awfully loud, until four in the morning. But that's not the only problem. The next day we got another room which was much better. Breakfast is very poor and there are not enough staff in the hotel, so I always ran out of breakfast table. The receptionist lady tried to help with everything, not her fault. There is no bank terminal at the reception and the accommodation had to be paid for in advance. I enclose some photos of the first room, these should be renovated very quickly and marked their location in the description so that only those who want to party until dawn can go there.

I was suppose to be staying at Olive Grove for 10 nights. However, due to the poor conditions of the hotel, I left after one night. During that one night stay, these are the issues that occurred: •Building works being done all around us •We paid extra for breakfast to be included, however there was only one choice we could have •The beach was under construction meaning we could not go •Although the swimming pool was not open at the time of our stay, it was in the most awful condition •When telling the owners we were leaving, they charged my bank card with the full amount for the 10night stay without letting me know. Although I was happy to pay for the night I stayed, they still took the full payment out and are refusing to pay me back •The owners are now refusing to pay me any sort of refund •Somebody walked into our room unannounced (which for obvious reasons made us worried about our safety) •There was rubbish all over the place, making it feel very unsanitary The room itself was not that bad but it was still not the one I paid for which left me disappointed. If you are to stay at this place, please be aware that you will not get your money’s worth and if you do want a refund, it is unlikely to happen due to the owners refusal.
