Villa Nitsa kavos Corfu - Κάβου

Recensione villa nitsa: casa caldissima e umida da morire. Quindi piena di zanzare. L'aria condizionata si paga a parte 7 euro a stanza al giorno (noi abbiamo 2 stanze in 4) . Ed in questo periodo non se ne può fare a meno se si vuol dormire. Cosa comunque impossibile data la movida sotto casa, fino alle 5 del mattino. Casa minuscola (troppo piccola per essere vissuta, seppur per pochi giorni, da 4 adulti). C'è l'angolo cottura ma è ridicolo (2 fuochi ad induzione di cui uno microscopico). Mancano cose fondamentali come una scopa per spazzare via la sabbia (è pur sempre un posto di mare). Non c'è tavolo ma due tavolini da aperitivo e 4 sedie da giardino. Mancano molte stoviglie come ad esempio uno scolapasta. Acqua calda spesso mancante così come il wi-fi. Gli asciugamani, in 4 giorni, li hanno cambiati solo dopo la prima notte. Poi più :il paese, Kavos,  sembra un posto di guerra: costruzioni fatiscenti ovunque, rumoroso e pieno di teenager ubriachi specie dal tardo pomeriggio in poi. Forse, chissà, potrebbero trovare qualche aspetto ppositivo in un posto simile dei diciottenni alla prima vacanza con gli amici. Ma io viaggio con la famiglia e mi aspettavo, il viaggio me lo ha prenotato l'agenzia di viaggi, un posto totalmente diverso. Per me esperienza  decisamente negativa

Das war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt dort. Lasaros achtet sehr dass die Gäste sich sehr wohl fühlen. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und sehr sauberer Pool und Poolbar und Top Lage im Kavos

Stayed here for 6 days during a warm September with my partner. Kavos is known for being a party town so understandably the villas around the area on a lowish budget aren't designed for absolute luxury which is why I am forgiving of a few things. Over all the accommodation was pleasant, Nicole at the pool bar was especially friendly and chatty. Thank you for pointing me in the direction (I know I bothered you with a few questions). The pool itself is private and right by the doorstep, it's nice to have easy access on those lazy days. The location itself is very busy (it's just off the main Kavos strip) so understandably you hear music from the nearby bars which seems to quieten around 2 to 3am. The music isn't deafening to prevent you from sleeping but you will hear it in the background a little. There is a restaurant called Olympia literally a few metres from the villa which we were eating at most days, this was fantastic and very cheap I certainly recommend eating here if you want to stay very local to the hotel. Regarding the room itself- it's pretty basic but for the price about right. The kitchen is very small so Id recommend eating out. The private balcony is a nice touch and gets a fair amount of sunshine to enjoy a few drinks. The bathroom shower is fair... Good water pressure and quick access to warm water. I will say I had several bad nights sleep because of the bed (maybe people are too busy partying here to prioritise sleeping). The mattress is insanely firm, for side sleepers it's almost impossible to get comfortable. There was only 1 pillow on each bed upon arrival. I would suggest kitting out each with at least 2 pillows and certainly upgrading the mattresses. Because of this I'm doubtful I would visit again which is a shame. However like I said if perhaps you just intend to party hard and don't intend to sleep much then perhaps this is still the place for you.
