Ich schreibe nur selten eine Rezession, aber dieses Oliven-Öl mit einer Priese Salz und frisch gemahlenem Pfeffer, als Grundlage für luftige krosse Brotstücke, geht nicht nur als Vorgericht sondern als Hauptspeise bei mir durch. Fantastisch! Found by accident in the little shop around the corner. I rarely write a recession, but this olive oil with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, as a basis for airy, crispy pieces of bread, goes through not only as a starter but as a main course for me.
