There is a small, informative and authentic museum next door taking you back in the days when Cretans mastered the art of growing and harvesting olives into the healthy oil.
Do stop at the Taverna and get the fresh orange juice, dakos and well spiced sausages! The family run Taverna has amazing stories of how they're going about in their lives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ancient Olive Tree which’s more then 3000 Years old. The ancient tree still produces olives. And yes, you can get olive oil made from the fruit of this tree & the tree looks still very Healthy ??❤️.
