★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having had dinner at Olivo for a second time I have amended my earlier rating to 5 stars. They had read my previous review and made moves to address the points raised. It is a fabulous restaurant. Their chef really delivers excellent food flavours and unusual dishes. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
Lovely setting. Amazing food. Great music. I have given this 4 stars because although the staff were efficient, they didn't interact with customers other than to take food orders. Staff could create more of an ambience. In addition, our main course came far too soon whilst we were still eating our salad starters. They took our plates away before we could blink. Get these things right and it would be 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely meal here and would recommend to anyone who wants a bit more than the standard taverna in Skopelos.
Tucked away slightly off the main street the dining area is beautifullset out and feels very intimate. All the traditional dishes are available, but most come with a slight twist.
We had halloumi stuffed minced beef burger, grilled salmon and greek salad. The food was well presented and tasted delicious.
Maybe you pay a small premium for eating here, but not much h and it was well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional fine-dinning place with Greek&Italian specific. Prices above average but dishes are very tasty. Overall it worth a visit. I recommand taking dinner, to get rid of the heat and also the lighting in the back garden is really nice.
