Vue splendide sur la baie de Souda. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques.
Le propriétaire , Nektarios, est adorable, accueillant et chaleureux. Il fait tout pour que le séjour soit réussi, il est plein d'attentions.
Recommandé fortement.
Quiet, ideally located, very clean.
Splendid view of the bay of Souda. The sunsets are beautiful.
The owner, Nektarios, is lovely, welcoming and warm. He does everything for the stay to be successful, he is full of attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excellent accueil par le propriétaire qui nous a offert une citronnade maison (faite avec les citrons de son jardin) et des fruits frais.
La maison est charmante, la chambre est très spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bain (avec baignoire et bidet !). Balcon avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes. Parfait pour prendre le petit déjeuner (bouilloire, café, thé et frigo à disposition).
Le petit chien (prénommé Philakaros ?) est très gentil.
An excellent welcome by the owner who offered us a homemade lemonade (made with lemons from his garden) and fresh fruit.
The house is charming, the bedroom is very spacious, with a large bathroom (with tub and bidet!). Balcony with view to the sea and the mountains. Perfect for having breakfast (kettle, coffee, tea and fridge available).
The little dog (named Philakaros?) Is very nice.

There's a few sweets and some instant coffee available in the room. Parking is not directly in front of the door, but pretty close.
Just in case of allergies: there's cats and a dog in the household which you pass through to get to the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional location with a great view of the sea, with the Souda Gulf opened in front of the balcony.
Very clean all the time, spacious rooms, good facilities, eventually with a 3rd bed if needed.
Nektarios, the guest, is very helpful, and we followed his advice about where and what to eat and see around.
Very recommended if you like a little retreat from the crowded beaches around hotels. With some little effort, you will discover beautiful beaches around, especially the Kalami Beach (700 m away), on the left side of the resort, where you will have a small bar with snacks, free sunbeds, very nice waters, and a wonderful landscape on the way.
Also, great taverna very close to the resort (Kafeneio ths Kaiths), with traditional and very tasty food. Nektarios can recommend other places to eat too, especially if you like fish (Kiani Akti Taverna - Κυανή Ακτή Ταβέρνα). We also liked Taverna Pandaisia (Ταβέρνα Πανδαισία), a little further (2.5 km) but with an excellent view.
