Kiani Beach Resort Family All Inclusive - Kiani Beach

We stayed at Kiani Beach Resort in early April and it made for an amazing family holiday. Our boys were so happy during our stay and never bored as the hotel is right on the beach & has various swimming pools, playgrounds, an arcade, etc. The rooms were clean & comfortable & the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great all-inclusive family holiday.

The Resort was mostly good, but the Food wasn't always good and sometimes cold. The Plates in the Restaurants weren't always clean. The Rooms were great and very spacious. I also really liked the crepe stand where they had a very nice crepe maker.

I love this place the facilities are very good the food is amazing. There is a lot to do all day for all ages. Exercise classes are the best, the kids have a lot to do a lot of outdoor sports and play area and the pools are good. The whole place is spotless and the staff are the best always polite and helpful all the time. Great place for any age.

The Manager (Nora) was very attentive, great lady and very good with people, all the staffs work very hard. The location was excellent and the view amazing. For the first time I felt that I have chosen the right hotel. As soon as I got there, they provided me everything that I needed for my holidays. I would like to comeback again and I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank very much and looking forward to seeing you soon ?

Stunning resort! Wonderful for families. We stayed there with our 1 and 3 year old boys and they loved it! Many options for pools. I love that they had a large indoor pool as well for slightly colder/windy days. They have a few playgrounds to keep the kids occupied when they are tired from swimming. You also have the beach right there as well! The room we had was really nice. I love that in every room, they have a closable space for the kids. Would absolutely recommend!

Overall VERY GOOD stay. We were a big group, and with most big groups, we had some issues, but, the Hotel ? did everything they could to accommodate us, which, at times, was EXTREMELY difficult. The Food in my (subjective) opinion was Hit & Miss, but this is purely down to my Personal Taste. With All-Inclusive, you CANNOT please everyone, 100% of the time. The rooms were spacious & well equipped, with Fans & AC. The facilities are great. Maids are great. The Staff are AMAZING, especially the Beach Bar Crew ? Any issue we did have in and around the Hotel was sorted quite quickly, so I can't really complain, unless I nit-pick, and I won't because the overall experience was Calm, Relaxing & Enjoyable. Quite disappointed. Nice and spacious rooms- cleaning was not the best, with some long black hairs on floor when we checked in, ‘disinfected’ toilet although there were black stains from something on the side of the toilet, during our stay 4 cockroaches inside the room. The food buffet not super inspiring especially not for vegetarians. Super noisy restaurants and not relaxing at all. At least the hygiene seems proper with gloves and hand disinfectant. Nice with free personalised birthday cake (for VIP all inclusive). The pool areas nice and clean. VIP all inclusive with premium spirits good, but the bars are totally understaffed. Talked to the staff and they felt stressed (which I completely understand). Bad evening entertainment. Too much noise during the day in the pool area (especially the sea side pools from water aerobics, ‘the entertainment guy’ etc) All in all good stay but not 5-star. Don’t expect too much neither from rooms or the all inclusive buffet, which was quite disappointing if this should be a 5-star resort.

The hotel all in all was good. Here is a list of my pros and cons: Pros- -so many food options for vegetarians and vegan options as well. This is hard to find at a lot of resorts and they do a good job! -unlimited drinks and food, they have snacks etc outside of meals which is nice. You’re never hungry. -room was super nice, had a lovely view and an upstairs area. -The option of different pools is good for a change of scenery -Good trips available outside of the resort for an extra cost -clean bedding -helpful staff -bar staff very nice and crepes available in the afternoon. -good traditional food like Greek pies Cons- -either a pro or a con but this resort is very kid orientated so if you don’t like this don’t come here -not really all inclusive as they have premium all inclusive at an extra cost -mould in the shower -toilet looked very dirty but it was staining of some sort that couldn’t remove -toilet brush filled with water that dripped everywhere and when I asked for it to be sorted dirty water was on the floor and toilet seat from where it had been poured down. -safe was confusing to use but worked in the end -asked for a packed lunch which was so bad, only half a slice of cheese in a sandwich. -plates and cups at dinner time we’re not very clean, however at the bar glasses were clean. -didn’t let us take towels outside of the hotel for trips out -pharmacy more than half hour walk -the gym was not that clean, water had ran out, it was hot -spa ladies are pushy -staff try to clear food away before you’ve even started eating. All in all, this is a very nice hotel especially for families however there are definite improvements to be made. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back, especially because it was very affordable. I would not consider this a 5*, more of an average 4*.
