Unfortunately, due to the current situation with COVID - 19, all international flights from my country were canceled, and the strictest quarantine has started in Greece. All my hopes for the journey were over. Hopes to return the money were also low, because, despite the state of emergency in the world, booking.com left the last decision to the hotel owner. To my surprise, this dear and kind woman - the owner of the hotel, contacted me and returned the full amount of the reservation without delay. She explained to me that this is against their beliefs and does not correspond to her nature - to collect money without services, especially in such a difficult time. I look forward to the end of this frightening pandemic and wish both of us to meet soon in this wonderful place. I am sure that the high honesty and decency of the owner corresponds to the level of service and emotions that you will receive when booking here. I wish the owner prosperity and to greet new guest as soon, as this epidemic is over - to let people soak and bask in the majesty of Greek sun, in a great hotel.

The apartment was sparkling clean, with a beautiful yard and a very comfortable bed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and they were eager to help with any issues we had. The location is 10 min on foot from the most charming beaches in Crete, which was recommended to us by the employees. We truly enjoyed every second of our stay, and the price was excellent for what you get! Highly recommend. Thanks for everything!!!

Iliana, Yannis and their daughter were the kindest people! Made sure we felt like family and all our needs were met. Led us to the best meal we had during our trip. I wish we had more time to spend at their place and being able to chat with them. You must try to stay here if ever in Crete!
