★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ κακη εμπειρία για τοσο πολυτελή εταιρεία.Το φερμουαρ της τσαντας που αγορασα χαλασε μεσα σε ενα τρίμηνο.Μετα απο επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα την έστειλαν Ιταλια για επισκευή και μου την επέστρεψαν μετά από 8 μηνες χωρίς επισκευη.Πολυ κακη ποιότητα για τα χρήματα της και επιπλέον η υπεύθυνη στην Ελλάδα αγενεστατη.
Very bad experience.They didn't fix the bag I had only used for 3 months and moreover they are very impolite.
Very bad experience for such a luxury company. The zipper of the bag I bought broke down within a quarter. After contacting the store, Italy sent it in for repair and returned it after 8 months without repair. Very poor quality for its money and in addition, the person in charge of Greece is rude.
