On The Rocks Ios Greece On The Rocks is a luxury eco-friendly holiday villa resort with breathtaking views, on the island of Ios in Greece. It is situated a short walk away from lively Chora and right above the beautiful beach of Valmas. The resort consists of The Rocks, The Main House and The Retreat. The Rocks are two villas linked with a swimming pool. In total they have 6 bedrooms. Four bedrooms with large double beds and two with twin beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, sleeping comfortably twelve people, two sitting rooms with a well-stocked libraries, tv and wi-fi, two fully equipped dining kitchens, two laundry rooms, two indoor playrooms, guest wc and two outdoor dining areas. They are air-conditioned throughout and serviced daily. The villas share a swimming pool, an outdoor sitting area, a BBQ and wood oven area with a small amphitheatre and a large lawn garden. They are ideal for a large, extended family or two/three families of friends, who would like to spend holidays together and still maintain some privacy and independence.

One of the most amazing villas we have ever stayed in, we went with our extended family. The views are incredible and the owners are so friendly and accommodating, they will go above and beyond to make your stay special. So much so we went back the next year for our wedding! It really is the perfect venue for family get togethers.

I just want to share my own experience at the “on the rocks villa” at Ios. We rented the house for a 4 day stay. On the 3rd day I felt violently sick, forcing me to stay home alone. I didn’t have any meds whatsoever. Thankfully Emmanuela, the host, took very good care of me and provided me with endless home remedies for me to feel better. Whether it’s a huge thermos filled with camomile, lemon juice, honey and cognac, any meds I needed or even a chicken soup. I truly felt at home and I dearly recommend this place not only for its great hospitality but for many many other great characteristics let it be the tidiness of the property, the serenity of the place or the beauty of the view.
