T	Tzina Ap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείσαμε τηλεφωνικώς μεζονέτα στο Ζαχλωρού suites, και όταν φτάσαμε μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο στο Όνειρο resort και ζήτησαν προεξόφληση όλου του ποσού χωρίς να το έχουμε δει, λέγοντας μας ότι όλα τα δωμάτια είναι ίδια και ανήκουν στον ίδιο όμιλο. Το δωμάτιο ωστόσο ήταν πολύ όμορφο, πέτρα και ξύλο, καινούργιο ανατομικό στρώμα,τζάκι και τζακούζι. Η θέρμανση δεν ήταν ενεργοποιημένη(Δεκέμβριος) και ψάχναμε το βράδυ την ρεσεψιονίστ για να τη θέσει σε λειτουργία, πράγμα το οποίο μας φάνηκε επιτηδευμένο. Επίσης στις 5 ημέρες διαμονής μας το δωμάτιο δεν καθαρίστηκε ούτε 1 φορά, ούτε αλλάχτηκαν οι πετσέτες, παρα μόνο άδειασαν τον κάδο του μπάνιου 1 φορά. Όλες τις ημέρες βλέπαμε μόνο μία κοπέλα να κυκλοφορεί στις εγκαταστάσεις πέρα δώθε και πάντα μας μιλούσε με υπεκφυγές. Δεν μας είπαν ποτέ ότι παρείχαν πρωινό. Μας ενημέρωσαν μόνο για τις έξτρα υπηρεσίες του σπα επί πληρωμή. Το χωριό είναι πανέμορφο, πάνω στο φαράγγι του Βουραϊκού, αλλά οι άνθρωποι που διαχειρίζονται όλα αυτά τα καταλύματα μάλλον νομίζουν ότι τρώμε κουτόχορτο. We booked a maisonette in Zachlorou suites, and when we arrived they gave us a room at the Dream resort and asked for a discount of the entire amount without us having seen it, telling us that all the rooms are the same and belong to the same group. The room however was very nice, stone and wood, new anatomical mattress, fireplace and jacuzzi. The heating was not turned on (December) and we were looking for the receptionist at night to put it into operation, which seemed to us to be clever. Also in our 5 days stay the room was not cleaned even once, nor the towels were changed, only they emptied the bathroom bucket once. Every day we saw only one girl walking around the premises and she always spoke to us with evasions. We were never told they had breakfast. They only informed us about the extra paid spa services. The village is beautiful, on the gorge of Vouraikos, but the people who manage all these accommodations probably think that we eat weed.

Το δωμάτιο όχι μόνο δεν έβλεπε ποτάμι όπως μας διαφήμιζαν στο τηλέφωνο, αλλά μια λασπωμένη αλάνα ανάμεσα σε αυλές σπιτιών του χωριού. Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο, δεν είχε ντουλάπα, τα τζάκια κάπνιζαν, τα πατώματα και τα χαλιά ήταν ασκούπιστα. Απορώ εάν καθαρίζουν και το μπάνιο. Σεντόνια που ζητήσαμε για τον καναπέ (που θα κοιμόταν το παιδί) τα στρώσαμε μόνοι μας. Το προσωπικό άφαντο, το ίδιο και ο διαχειριστής. Ένα δώρο υποδοχής (πχ ένα εμφιαλωμένο), 180 ευρώ η βραδιά κόστισε... ούτε που τους πέρασε από το μυαλό. Απαράδεκτοι. Κάτι τέτοιοι εξεφτελίζουν τον ελληνικό τουρισμό. Inappropriate-Unacceptable. They asked us by phone for 180 euros for 2 nights. When we arrived we were asked to pay another 180 euros. The room not only did not see a river as advertised on the phone, but a muddy alley between the courtyards of village houses. The room was dirty, there was no closet, the fireplaces were smoking, the floors and carpets were empty. I wonder if they clean the bathroom too. Sheets that we asked for the sofa (where the child would sleep) we laid ourselves. The staff is useless, so is the manager. A reception gift (eg a bottled one), 180 euros per night cost ... not that it crossed their minds. Unacceptable. Such things degrade Greek tourism.
I	Iris Charatsidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ξεκάθαρα απατεώνας. Ακύρωσε μόνος του την κράτηση τη στιγμή που φτάσαμε στο κατάλυμα με τη δικαιολογία δήθεν ότι η κάρτα μου δεν έγινε δεκτή από το σύστημα της Booking και με έβαλε να πληρώσω επιτόπου στον πάγκο ολόκληρο το ποσό. Ουσιαστικά εγώ βρήκα το κατάλυμα και έκανα την κράτηση μέσω της Booking και αυτός τελευταία στιγμή ακύρωσε την κράτηση και και την προμήθεια. Εκτός λοιπόν αυτού του οικονομικού, το πάτωμα ήταν βρώμικο, ο βραστήρας χαλασμένος και αντικαταστάθηκε μετά από μία ημέρα ενώ είχα πάρει τηλέφωνο 3 φορές, το εστιατόριο ήταν κλειστό υποτίθεται για λόγους απολύμανσης (δεν είδαμε ποτέ συνεργείο και στις ερωτήσεις που του κάναμε και τις 3 μέρες που μείναμε σχετικά με το εστιατόριο απαντούσε πράγματα χωρίς συνοχή), το κρεβάτι ήταν κατά το ήμισυ στρωμένο και το πάπλωμα ήταν χωρίς παπλωματοθήκη. Θέα επίσης δεν είχε τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο, κανένα νομίζω από τα δωμάτια δεν βλέπει στο ποτάμι και η ηχομόνωση είναι απαράδεκτη. Περισσότερο απ όλα με ενόχλησε η κατάπτυστη συμπεριφορά και τα συνεχή ψέματα του ιδιοκτήτη, η κοροϊδία και το γεγονός ότι νομίζει ότι μπορεί να κάνει ό,τι θέλει χωρίς κανένα κύρος. Πραγματικά απαράδεκτο. UNACCEPTABLE The owner is clearly a scammer. He canceled the reservation himself when we arrived at the accommodation with the excuse that my card was not accepted by the Booking system and made me pay the entire amount on the spot. Basically I found the accommodation and made the reservation through Booking and he canceled the reservation and the commission at the last minute. So apart from this economical, the floor was dirty, the kettle was damaged and replaced after a day while I had called 3 times, the restaurant was supposedly closed for disinfection reasons (we never saw a workshop and in the questions we asked him all 3 days that we stayed about the restaurant answered things incoherently), the bed was half made and the duvet was without a duvet cover. View also had nothing special, I think none of the rooms overlook the river and the soundproofing is unacceptable. Most of all, I was bothered by the owner's depressive behavior and constant lies, the mockery and the fact that he thinks he can do whatever he wants without any prestige. Really unacceptable.

A	Antonis Linakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is placed in a very nice location within two mountains. The suites are very nice with stone walls, a fireplace and a Jacuzzi. And that is about everything good about the place. Lets move forward to the rest of our unpleasant stay. On our first morning there, a rockfall occurred blocking the main road. The landlord informed us that there was another way around, but the road is as we say in Greece a "goat road". A normal car is not possible to cross it without damaging it. Moving forward, to the rest of the day, we used the road to get to the main town of kalavryta, we had a very nice day there. We came back to the resort around 5pm, the road block was still there and we ve been informed that there was no possibility to have the road cleared before late Sunday. So we were afraid to use the back road to go to town again. The restaurant closed early, or at least it closed before 9, so we had nothing to entertain ourselves with. Bottom line. Nice place, bad hospitality. Pray to be lucky enough to avoid a rockfall.

The receptionist does not speak a single word of english (even « hello »), she welcomes you with a post it with the price you must pay (who does that ????), then says « no cash no card » (so how are we expected to pay ?). When we show the guarantee on booking to pay by card she accepts, after 25 min of negociation. We will never see a single kind of receipt, which is illegal in Greece. Neither will we see the reception opened, the spa, the breakfast, which was part of why we choose this accomodation. In the executive suite, you had two fragrances : in the living room, smell of cat pee, and in the bedroom, dust and dirt. To end the story as politely as it started, when we left, the receptionist didnt say hello or whatever, just « THE KEY ON DOOR ? ». Please do not spend any euro there it is a scam !
