T	Thrassos P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One week ago my friends and I hired a low budget (old) boat. Unfortunately the clutch handle broke in the first use. After the end of our trip the damage was reported to the owner and opensea. Boat owner asked for a new clutch (around 250€) but opensea recognised that the damage was due to the clutch age and this is why all our deposit returned. In addition, opensea recognized that only handle had to be replaced (around 50€). Boat had no other issues and we had a nice and smooth trip. Thank you opensea for protecting our rights and offering us nice sailing holidays. PS: Some damages are normal on the sea, but it is nice to have someone to take care over you

R	Rene Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with Opensea Yachting, and throughout the entire process, both Ioannis and his assistant Maria were extremely responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. The day of the "Checkin", both contacted me personally to ensure everything was going smoothly and this occurred again at the time of checkout. They also kept me aware of the evolution of the sanitary conditions in effect in Greece as we were getting closer to our charter week. I will certainly be doing business with Opensea Yachting again in the future.

Vessel was clean and all equipment worked perfectly. Check in took place in a good and systematic way. The staff were helpful and friendly. We are already planning the next charter :-) Thank you Opensea staff for best charter experience !!!
