We recently visited (June 2022) and it has been absolutely fantastic trip ! The Hotel ambience was great and hotel staff were good and special thanks to manager Manoli and chef George and they were so good and they listen to customers and provide best service ! We enjoyed every day breakfast and the service in restaurent was awesome and we had wonderful time ! Highly recommended and would love to visit again

The facilities are nice and very new. The macro location os good with only 5 mins walk to Fira. However there is a major road right in front the hotel, no Caldera view from any pool area. Unfortunately the service is very poor and far sway from 5* or even 4* standard. We saw some employees that dis their best but generally speaking, we waited forever whenever we needed something (even if it was drinks that we paid for) - one time we waited more than 2 hrs for an ironing board and had to ask 4 times in total and were told every time they bring it at once. Breakfast was okay but below expectations, our room did nor have a nice location despite us telling the hotel months in advance wed be there on our honeymoon.

We arrived when the hotel had only been open for 11 days, so expected some "teething problems". However there were none that we experienced. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and linen. If we had any queries they were dealt with immediately. The staff were lovely, professional and helpful with a special mention to Natasa who was just gorgeous ? the breakfast choice was excellent, we only ate evening meals in the restaurant twice, as we wanted to experience different restaurants, but the meals we had inhouse were definitely the best. We would most certainly return ?

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Our transport from the ferry was not organised despite me confirming it two days prior so we were left waiting at the ferry dock for ages with three tired little kids. After arriving at the hotel we were told we couldn’t check in to one of our rooms due to a plumbing issue and were left waiting until 5:30pm when we asked for a refund and had to find somewhere else to stay and pay for another transfer. The room we were able to access had water coming through the ceiling. Such a waste of a day of our holiday.

This is a brand new hotel, hence the lack of reviews. We stayed here for 9 days, one of the nicest hotels in Santorini!! There are 3 pools accessible to all guests (which are immaculately clean) fresh towels everyday. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The spa treatments are a must, and affordable. Perfect location! Literally a 5 min walk to the centre, perfect for those strolling back at 4am (you can also find the taxis and buses here). The food (Chefs kiss*) better than half the restaurants in Santorini. We asked the chef for restaurant recommendations and he gave us a list! Highly recommend getting up at 6am for the sunrise and going to the rooftop part for the best view. Over exceeded all expectations!

Really nice new hotel, good location in Fira too. Room was lovely with nice view, 4* review based on these factors. Hotel has three pools but not enough sun loungers, left without a place to sun bath three of our days as there was only a handful available. Breakfast included but unfortunately not 5* level, hot food was appalling. Little frankfurters as sausages, bacon like rubber and the runniest eggs you will ever see. Few minor changes and the his could be one of the best hotels on the island.

The hotel is new and not on the KD hotels app as yet ! The staff are very helpful , happy and easy to talk to. The rooms are immaculate, towels changed daily.There are 3 pools , gorgeous comfy sun beds .. which we had a choice of as the hotel wasn’t at full capacity. We stayed bed and breakfast as the town centre is only 5 minutes away with lots of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast is plentiful with someone to cook eggs as you require .. omelettes ❤️ We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in a heart beat .

Resort is new and shiny, some odd quirks about it being new still. Staff are friendly.The restaurant and the cleaning staff are amazing, they work so so hard, and have been so helpful and in the blazing sun with no eyewear to protect them from the sun. Food is served from 8am or 8pm for 2 hours 30min, the evening food is nice but restricted slightly if you have inclusive option. Staff on the front desk unsure when we asked how the inclusive worked, we were told it's a buffet at first, then we were told drinks were all included, then we were told there is only one option for a starter, and you can't order anything with sea food. Think this is because they may have not been told, and it's a new hotel. The gym only opens during 8am to 6pm which is slightly frustrating if you want to workout before breakfast which is at 8 also for 2 hours. Coffee is not included in the room, you can buy one pod from the hotel for 2 euros or go to a supermarket and get 10 for 3 euro. basic filter coffee option would have been nice still. The hot pool in the spa is pretty cold, definitely more of a cool pool. Tried to arrange something nice prior to arriving at the hotel for my partners birthday, emails are ignored along with my phone calls. When we arrived we get told by the staff would come help provide things and say, we will come to you in 5 mins, but they never show. We got speaking to another person staying who was experiencing the same service. Overall, the hotel looks nice, and you can lounge by the pool and soak up the sun. Would we come back again to this hotel or this brand , probably not.
