 Awesome place! The staff was terribly welcoming, nice food, a must for a family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα ξεκινήσω πρώτα με την ανήθικη στάση του «αόρατου» ιδιοκτήτη . Στυγνος επαγγελματίας.
Επικοινωνησαμε τα προβλήματα μας στον υπεύθυνο στην Αθήνα και ενημερώσαμε οτι θα εγκαταλείψουμε καθώς δεν ήμασταν ευχαριστημένοι .
Έτσι λοιπόν Ακύρωσαν την κράτηση στο booking , δήλωσαν ψευδως στο booking ότι κάναμε φθορές στο κατάλυμα, ζήτωντας δήθεν αποζημίωση 1000 ευρώ. έπειτα από λίγο διαγράφηκε από τα μηνύματα (έχουμε το αντίστοιχο στιγμιότυπο ) προφανώς γιατί δεν είχαν τέτοια αξίωση αλλά έπρεπε κάπως να δικαιολογήσουν την ακύρωση της κράτησης. Εννοείται πως χρέωσαν όλο το ποσό κι όταν ζήτησαμε εξηγήσεις ο ιδιοκτητης( ο οποίος δεν ήταν στο κατάλυμα καθώς υπεύθυνοι ήταν άλλοι εκεί) προέβαλε για αρχή την δικαιολογία των φθορών . Του είπα μη με κοροϊδεύεις , έχω το τηλέφωνο του υπεύθυνου στο χωριό , ο οποίος με διαβεβαίωσε ότι ποτέ δεν ανέφερε για φθορές στον ιδιοκτήτη. Έτσι λοιπόν μου λέει ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα σου; τι περίμενες ; Να μη σε χρεώσω; Εσείς φύγατε.
Και τώρα το στορυ:
Οικογένεια με 2 μικρά παιδια. Επισκεφτήκαμε 27 Δεκεμβρίου και 28 αποχωρήσαμε, ενώ είχαμε κανει κράτηση 3 διανυκτερεύσεων αξίας 400 ευρώ.
Εγκαταλείψαμε και αναφέρω ενδεικτικά κάποιους από τους λόγους :
-Το μέρος διαχειριζόταν κάποιος που δήλωνε ότι κάνει ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ σε κάποιον που βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα.
- ένα παιδί 15 ετών ήταν υπεύθυνο για οτιδήποτε χρειαζόταν χωρίς καθόλου πείρα. Ζητήσαμε σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα επειδή μας έσπασε ένα ποτήρι με χυμό και μου είπε να καθαρίσω με μωρομαντηλο. Επέμεινα , τα έφερε.
- είχε κουζίνα για να μαγειρέψεις αλλά καθόλου σκεύη. Τα ντουλάπια ήταν άδεια . Δε μπορούσες καν να φτιάξεις έναν καφέ το πρωί .
- το πρωινό ήταν ψωμί με τυρί και ζαμπόν με συσκευασμένα βούτυρο και μαρμελάδα .
Αν ήθελες κάτι βέβαια έλεγαν να το παραγγείλεις αλλά είχαν …Μόνο αυγά .
- τα ξύλα ήταν τόσο βρεγμένα που το τζάκι δεν άναβε καθόλου και το υπεύθυνο 15 ετών παιδί έμεινε 1 ώρα τουλάχιστον μέσα στο δωμάτιο (με 2 μικρά παιδιά να μη μπορούμε να ηρεμήσουμε ) ώστε να το ανάψει ενώ επιμέναμε ότι δεν πειράζει .
- δεν αναφέρω καν τη λέξη μάσκα.
- μέναμε στο δωμάτιο δίπλα στην αίθουσα του φαγητού , στο οποίο έπρεπε να κλείσουμε ερμητικά τις Κουρτινες για να μη μας βλέπουν όλοι οι ένοικοι .
Εν ολίγοις μπουντρούμι 125 ευρώ. Ταλαιπωρία παρά ευχαρίστηση σε καιρούς που εχεις Ανάγκη την ήρεμια των διακοπών.
Χρόνια ταξιδιώτες τέτοια συμπεριφορά δεν έχουμε ξανααντιμετωπίσει .
Ντροπή στον Μπαλάφα . Να τα χαίρεται τα πολλά του ξενοδοχεία .
I will start first with the immoral attitude of the "invisible" owner. Cool professional.
We communicated our problems to the manager in Athens and informed that we would leave as we were not happy.
So they canceled the booking reservation, falsely stated in the booking that we had damaged the accommodation, allegedly asking for compensation of 1000 euros. after a while it was deleted from the messages (we have the corresponding snapshot) obviously because they did not have such a claim but they had to somehow justify the cancellation of the reservation. Of course, they charged the entire amount and when we asked for explanations, the owner (who was not at the accommodation as others were in charge there) put forward the excuse of the damages. I told him not to make fun of me, I have the phone number of the person in charge in the village, who assured me that he never reported any damage to the owner. So tell me what your problem is? what did you expect ; Shall I not charge you? You left.
And now the story:
Family with 2 small children. We visited on December 27 and left on 28, while we had booked 3 nights worth 400 euros.
We have given up and I will mention some of the reasons:
-The place was managed by someone who stated that he was doing SERVICE to someone who is in Athens.
- a 15 year old child was responsible for everything he needed without any experience. We asked for a broom and a mop because he broke a glass of juice and told me to clean with a baby towel. I insisted, he brought them.
- had a kitchen to cook but no utensils. The cupboards were empty. You could not even make coffee in the morning.
breakfast was bread with cheese and ham with packaged butter and jam.
If you wanted something of course they said to order it but they had αυ Only eggs.
- the wood was so wet that the fireplace did not light at all and the responsible 15 year old child stayed in the room for at least 1 hour (with 2 small children we can not calm down) to light it while we insisted that it does not matter.
- I do not even mention the word mask.
- we lived in the room next to the dining room, in which we had to close the Curtains tightly so that not all the occupants could see us.
In short dungeon 125 euros. Suffering rather than pleasure in times when you need the tranquility of the holidays.
For years travelers have never encountered such behavior.
Shame on Balafas. Enjoy its many hotels.
