Beautiful place with a great view over the bay of bali. 5 min walk to the beach. The room was fairly clean but could have needed a renovation. WiFi and AC cost extra. The breakfast was average. We did not eat dinner here.

Lakis and Manolis provide us a very warm welcome check in in our room.We has some raki and some beer.And just relaxed at the pool all day.Very nice vacation looking forward to revisit this place.

Nice view, beautiful beaches near, nice green territory, very helpful staff. Even though we have unexpectedly arrived after checkin time, we received the full professional service. Breakfast was very good for the price.

Great team, great views, especially the sunrise! We had a lovely stay in September 2020. If you're a lazy tourist, there's a wonderful beach just 100m away in a small bay, the best you get in the area. If you're keen on exploring the island, you aren't far (1,5 hour max) from amazing spots on the south coast. Besides, the crew also organises shuttle buses to must-see sightseeing spots like Elafonisi and Balos beach. The food quality is above average (apart from the breakfast juice, though). The raki is excellent ;) There's a lot of cute cats running around in the neighbourhood and our neighbours were calm. Attention: if you're there in midsummer with hot temperatures, AC costs extra. The omnipresence of cats can be an advantage and the sea view was breathtaking. Breakfast was better than we expected it to be. Also everything was tidy and the rooms were cleaned every second day including towel and bedding change. The so called "sarcastic" bartender mentioned in other reviews was just a guy who liked to have a one and join guests by the bar challenging them in the drinking game, he might be seen as arogant, as his english skill was just the opposite to his drinking abilities, but he smoothly switches to german while wearing DDR (east german) and 2008 Euro german football national team's t-shirts. We arrived late around 10pm and were given complimentary water bottle and two sandwiches as we have just missed dinner, the checkin was conducted by no other than the above mentioned guy and everything was smooth. We even didn’t have to pay during the night we arrived, but the very next morning. The same night we have had doubts about the location, and to be honest were a bit scared. Yet after all we with my girlfriend, who has accompanied me in the trip have unanimously decided it was a bang for buck and deserves a solid 8/10 rating. The location with a magnificent view may also be a con as its uphill location at the very end of the village (Bali) leaves only two options to those without a rental car: an uphill hike through the whole Bali resort or a E3 single- way ride by the hourly Little Train (or E5 per person two-way ticket). It is not as much for the hotel but those who anticipate using public transport have to be aware of the fact that the nearest gateway to city (Bali Bus Station KTEL)via public transport is located circa 3km from the hotel and the only two ways to reach it is either the above mentioned train or by foot (35+ minute walk). People not keen on animals may also find the presence of cats and dogs bothersome. The language barrier to English-only speakers may also be troublesome as the staff is more fluent in the the German language they have learned by heart, and even when they try to use English they switch between these two randomly.

Nice and attentive hotelstaff. Our room was one of the renovated Maisonette apartments with such a great view, so it was much better than expected. Food was good but we would have liked more Greek cuisine in the evenings. Towel and sheet change every 2-3 days. We would have liked a cleaning of the bathroom and floors during our 10 day stay even if there are different Covid measures in place. It is very close to the beach and to some bars so we enjoyed it.

We had a great time here. The hotel is located close to the beach and the view is amazing. The service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful. The room looked great and it was clean, the breakfast was tasty. Only 4 stars for 2 reasons: we asked for a double bed when we booked the room and we received twins (they compensate it with the view but still..) and because although the food was good, it laked variation (every morning you have the same options). Anyway, we do recommend you to stay here with an open heart and we would love to come back next year.

This hotel is awesome they have pool mini bar and a good view. But in the section Delta there wasnt any WiFi and we had snails in our bathroom. The personnel was very kind. Its even close to a good beach.
