A	AK M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παίρνω τουλάχιστον 10 φορές τηλέφωνο την ημέρα και καμία απάντηση, για την παραγγελία που έγινε online και πληρώθηκε αμέσως, και έχουν περάσει 2 ημέρες. Η παραγγελία είναι με click away για να είχα υποτίθεται άμεση παραλαβή, αλλά δεν έχω καμία επικοινωνία από το κατάστημα ούτε τηλεφωνική ούτε μέσω email. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Η παραγγελία εξακολουθεί και είναι ενεργή προφανώς αφού δεν μπορώ να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα με κανέναν τρόπο. Edit: με καλέσανε και μου στείλανε sms την ημέρα που έκανα την αξιολόγηση και πήγα για παραλαβή. Ωστόσο, η βαθμολογία θα παραμείνει 1 αστέρι, αφού το τηλέφωνο που έχουν παντού δεν το σηκώνει κανείς ενώ περιμένεις στην αναμονή. Αν δεν εξυπηρετεί το κατάστημα τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις, ας το καταργήσει το τηλέφωνο για να μην ταλαιπωρούνται οι πελάτες. I get a phone call at least 10 times a day and no response, for the order was made online and paid immediately, and 2 days have passed. Το επισκέφτηκα την Παρασκευή, με εξυπηρέτησαν η Νάγια και η Αμαλία, και σίγουρα στο εξής από κει θα ψωνίζω! Πιστεύω πως τέτοιοι υπάλληλοι θα πρέπει να επιβραβεύονται! Συγχαρητήρια!! Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ονομάζεται Νάγια και ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από πληροφορημενη για τα προϊόντα που μου έδειξε προωθώντας τα με τρόπο κάθε άλλο παρά ενοχλητικό. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω το κατάστημα κια σε μια επόμενη αγορά! Congratulations on the service! Παραγγελία ένα ρολόι Michael Kors το οποίο περίμενα και ένα τριήμερο για να το φέρουνε από την αντιπροσωπεία και στη τελική ήρθε χαλασμένο ! Ταλαιπωρία δύο μερών μια να το πάρω για να τρέχω στο χώρο τους να το ξαναδώσω την επόμενη μέρα πίσω και να περιμένω άλλες πέντε μέρες εφόσον πέφτει Σαββατοκύριακο για να Μ στείλουν άλλο ! Απαράδεκτοι στην αντιπροσωπεία που δεν τα ελέγχουν μάλλον και τα στέλνουν όπως νανε , αλλά θα πω απαράδεκτες και δύο κοπέλες που δουλεύουν στο κατάστημα του THE MALL στο Μαρούσι που δεν το τσεκάρανε την ώρα που μου το μίκρυναν ενώ η κοπέλα το πρωί π ήτανε μέχρι και η ίδια απόρησε γιατί δεν το κοίταξαν ούτε στο ένα μέρος ούτε στο άλλο !
