After living on the islands all winter and getting a really basic straight-across cut I was looking forward to coming to Athens and benefiting from a hairdresser with a bit more skill. I wasn’t necessarily expecting to find somewhere on par with the £150 hairdresser I go to in London but I was expecting something a bit more than a simple dry cut (at twice the cost of what I got in the island). The other reviews suggested the stylists were exceptional. After reading them again perhaps it’s hair colouring rather than cutting that’s more the specialism.

Maria put at least 3 hours to fix my hair . It wasn't like the picture but I like it. Her work partner cut my hair ...after blowdrying it(never had it cut after drying ever before. Maybe only small fixes)....and took him around 10 minutes max. Didn't compare the two sides and didn't feel like he knew what he was doing as he had to sit on the floor too see if my hair was even. I told him I didn't feel it looked symmetrical but he tried to show me it was. Later I was told by family and friends that my hair didn't look symmetrical:( 30 Euros for such a quick haircut was a bit too much. Also I wasn't told styling my hair in the end wasn't included in the booking. Conclusion: I would recommend colouring your hair at this saloon but not cutting it here!
