Το εκανε και σε φιλικο μας ζευγαρι στο ταξιδι του για Ισπανια και σε γκρουπ 15 οικογενειων για Αρμενια! CAUTION!! CROOK! He has stolen a lot of people! We booked tickets for Paris, he canceled them on his own, took the money and now he is hiding! He did it to our friendly couple on his trip to Spain and to a group of 15 families to Armenia!

The travel agent promised, verbally and in writing, a 50% refund, that he said was due a couple of days later. It has been almost two months, and still no refund. I have contacted the agency, and initially they would say that the refund is within a couple of days, but now they simply ignore my email.
