Food was fresh and fast, tempo of the meal was laid back. Then they brought the raki and sweets. It's kinda rocket fuel, but we gave it a few shots a piece just because, that's what you do. We made a few kitty friends while here. Next time in Heraklion, we'll come back!

The service was a bit "straight-forward", to use a euphemism, maybe a matter of language barrier. Unlike in other places, I was charged for (bad) coffee, and no complementary raki was offered after the meal, which is customary in Crete. I wouldn't choose or dump a place according to this 2.5 euro worth of booze, but still...

Generous portions, reasonable prices and very adequate service. Everything was well prepared, fresh and well presented. Everyone working was so kind, attentive, and friendly which made the evening even more perfect. Highly recommend this wonderful family restaurant!
