When we went to cashier they simply said that they do not accept payment by card and we had no other choice but to pay in cash which is basically ILLEGAL (they cannot say that)! His attitude was extremely rude and he even started shouting at us! He really crossed the line he is not not for this kind of job! I have used this parking on the past but today it was the last time!

They are so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
We arranged online through ParkAround to park the car there because as they stated clearly online “you keep your keys”. As soon as we arrived at the parking, they said in a full impolite manner that we could not keep the key of the car. We left of course!!! AVOID!!! That was not what we agreed for.

I arrived late midnight and it was impossible to get an invoice for my company, because the staff member did not know how to prepare it. Next day I tried to get in contact with the central office, they promised to resolve it but they never do it, despite my attempts. They do not seem to be organized.

He left us waiting 20 min until we lost our flight
And when we talked to him he started to scream and insulting us.
And asked us to pay the parking also .
I will never recommend, so bad you cannot imagine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff member informed us that the company would have no responsibility of whatsoever, in case something happened to our vehicle while we were away, and we had not left the car keys with them!! So, if some other driver hit our car while parked in their property, we would have to cover the damage!! Trully 5 star service...
Keep in mind that the same guy drove us to the airport, without wearing the obligatory face mask while in the car and without assisting us during loading our luggage in the van at the parking lot and unloading them at the airport 5' later...
