H	Hermine Granger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was okay but at the end, they charged us 35€ extra for bringing the Car Back at 7 in the morning. They Said IT is written in the Terms that you have to Bring IT after 8. Probably It is, but we asked the day we picked IT Up If there are any extra costs and they Said No. I mentioned the day we picked Up that Out flight leaves at 9 and If WE should Bring the Car Back the evening before or in the morning and they Said IT would be the Same price. I feel a Bit exploited by this behaviour. I cant recommend the company in Terms of fees and communication.
A	Anna Petsikopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, our flight was late but we let the staff at Abbycar know in advance and they waited for us for almost an hour. They all kept saying “thank you” because we let them know we are going to be late. All of them were very polite and kind. They were also very helpful when we let them know in a short notice that we were returning the car earlier. The car that we got was a brand new opel. Overall my experience with Abbycar employees was of very high quality and I would definitely rent a car from them again. I totally recommend them, not just because of the services, but because of their people. You were amazing, thank you all so much, it’s a 10/10 from us.
4	42 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, even if the rental car was a bit worn with strange sounding brakes. However, despite the bad reputation we had no problems at all. Check and document everything at the car take and photos and videos. Follow all rules...no debit card etc...

They are only working via web platforms and if you wanna add or change a driver's name, you have to do it by calling the platform's customer support. Consider the fact that they will charge you more for a full insurance in case you chance your mind at the pick-up!! +35 euros to pick you up from the airport (out of their working hours) and NO receipt.

The rented car was dirty, not fully fueled, hardly any oil in the engine, the warning light came on after 50 km, I had to refill 2 liters of oil, not to mention that no one was interested and I did not get the oil refunded despite the receipt. The fuel filler flap could only be opened with a sharp object and the general condition of the vehicle was miserable. The shuttle was not at the agreed time at the meeting point, however, the shuttle driver Thannasis was very friendly. However, the counter staff was grossly unfriendly, unkempt and absolutely disinterested. On my hints and objections they told me that they are not interested in what I say, They told me: I don't care! And I could rent a car somewhere else. Unfortunately, this was not possible, because I had paid in advance and I had appointments. An absolute cheek, lousy service!
C	Christopher Baum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This must be the worst car rental on the planet. I payed for 10 days, they took the money from my credit card, said I was late and canceled the car. They told the driver not to take us to their place so we went by taxi. The guy told us again that it was our fault because we were late. If you book there make totally sure when you can meet them outside the airport but I strongly recommend just choose anyone else.
E	Elias Pappas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THESE CROOKs! This company is a sham. Be careful of the fine print. They charged me 240 euros for a scratch that was already on the vehicle, provided me a car with no gas, but claimed to have 1/4 tank that almost left me stuck. Nevermind this scratch would cost less than $50 to fix anyway, and if they charged me something reasonable (up to $100), I probably wouldn’t have thought anything of it. Although I paid for added insurance they said the insurance I had did not include “scratch” protection. In other words, it is a ploy to make money in multiple manners by selling fake insurance and charging for pre-existing conditions on their vehicles. They then tried to file a police claim and refused to take me to the airport. We almost missed our flight. I advise you to use a major credit card so you can file a claim against them, something I have already done. They will NOT rip me off! I travel to Greece multiple times a year. Needless to say, although I always try to promote small business, for car rentals in Greece, stick with Hertz and Avis.

My husband prepared both international drive permit and US drive license, the rental is quick and smooth, no push for full insurance like some other companies. The return car is more quickly by checking gas level, 3/8 out and 3/8 in. No detailed checking and trying to pickup some your fault, which we went through at Mexico. The driver pickup from airport and sent us there is very polite gentleman, and insisted carrying our suitcase to the car. The car rental price is unbeatable. With such a good service why not use ABBYcar for your journey.
