great place to stay. there are a lot of minor things that they can improve, but price/performance vise it is worth every peny :)

Extremly quiet. Nothing fancy though. Enough to get energized for the next day. Don't be discouraged to book in, at least for one night . Maybe there are some small flaws with some pieces of furniture, but i guarantee you'll get well rested. The view to the west is great from the first to the second floor. You will get awesome memories if take some pictures of the landscapes.

Awfull. We have booked the appartement for 2 Person. We were promised to have balcony but it was a room in basement with terrasse with uncomfortable chairs. The Host speeks very bad English and she tried to speak with us greek again and again. After we have entered in the appartement we have seen a "kitchen" without stove and sink. Coffee kettle was also there but without stove it was just a mockery. Microwave was put into shelves but there was no Socket near it so we had to transfer microwave to the available Socket. Refrigerator was self repaired with tape, deep freezor was full of ice and could not be closed. Very uncomfortable Sofa and ~ 9" TV (better put on its place one more dusty picture) . Bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed. It was too short for us (190cm+). Mattress was very hard so we could even feel all springs through it. Couldnt sleep there at All. In the Wardrobe we have found a used towel. Bathroom with a self repaired with tape shower. Plastic card for electricity was chained with hard steel to the bunch of keys (have recieved only 1 Set for 2 persons by the way) so we couldnot charge our Laptops or phones when we were outside of the appartments. Well all the room and the hotel was made with a lot of greed and a lot of illogicality and just not for guests but for making more and more money. The Host is an owner of a big appart hotel, she is receptionist as well, she is cleaning Lady as well and she is an emergency contact as Well (she was not available by the way at 22 : 24, when we wanted to fix our problem with air conditioning, nobody was on the reception and even more in the Hotel, i v called the Host with booking App, and she was just in other City (100km away from the Hotel). She said that she can come in 3 Hours. Is it a joke? Well we v payed ~68 Euro pro night for this trash Apartments with only 1 window for 3 rooms and one WC window in bedroom with a bright lantern shining straight to our bedroom. So much greed, so much irresponsibility, so much malevolence. This room should have 1 Euro price pro night. Hosts like that should be punished for those things. DONT BOOK!

A great place to stay within walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete and in Greece. Very clean and comfortable. All rooms have nice view of the sea. Very friendly owner. Within walking distance from restaurants as well. Definitely going back!
