J	J. P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pillows are terrible .....bathroom was also bad although it had hydromassage tub no curtain resulted on a bath meshed up with water. Mold on the edges. Stuff very friendly. TV was old tech positioned very high and image was terrible. No view , no balcony and not sound proofed.....everybody could hear you.....I was hearing the guy from above my bathroom snoring all night. I was given the room on the reception up the ladder on the left. Avoid this one as it is probably the worst. Others on their site looked better. Air condition was OK. Fridge did a noise. Guys renovation on this one is a must starting from the pillows. Room was very clean.
M	Majka Szura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms, room 6 spacious with jacuzzi and balcony. But in room itself there is no view only from the upper level. Small minus - aircon machinery little loud on the balcony but only when you are there. There is no noise in the room. Morning tea and coffee - excellent. Location - max 50m from big parking when you can leave a car. Owners - very frendly and professional. Surely I would chose Palazzo again.

Kind staff. Affordable mini bar. Very pretty rooms. Only flaw is that wifi inside room 2 was weak and signal would drop... But very strong connection in lobby.
D	Daniel Hoyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That’s what I call real vacation :) Nafplio is all about the view, so when you are choosing a place to stay do extra research where your windows or balcony are facing. We chose not only a hotel but also a room Camera 6 because of the beautiful terrace. The view is breathtaking and completely non obstructed. It is nice and quite location in the old city and the old church will let you know with its bells what time is it. The room itself is nicely furnished and stylish. A bit dark inside as allthe widows are facing the wall. But we used it only to cool down after we come back from our day travels (air conditioning strong) Light breakfasts with coffee and cookies is provided, but if you want more, just buy some bread and cheese in the supermarket and enjoy it on your private terrace:) For a small hotel - the WiFi signal is very strong (in our room) If you are coming with the car, there is big free public parking within 100 meters Special mention to Sofia who works in the hotel. Very professional, helpful and sweet! Hugs dear :)

Only "issue" is that it is not super accessible and has no elevator plus a lot of narrow steps so I wouldn't recommend this if you have a baby (carriage etc). Other than that, it is a perfect place at a perfect location!
