★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στον οικισμό Μονή και στην παραποτάμια οδό, ανάμεσα σε πεύκα, ελιές και πορτοκαλιές, βρίσκεται η εκκλησία της «Παναγίας της Κεράς».
Παλαιότερα λειτουργούσε ως μοναστήρι καλογριών και εορτάζει κάθε χρόνο στις 8 Σεπτεμβρίου. Στον αύλειο χώρο της εκκλησίας στέκει το καμπαναριό της Παναγίας της Κεράς, ένα εξαιρετικό έργο λαϊκής αρχιτεκτονικής, που αποτελεί στις μέρες μας ένα πολύτιμο θρησκευτικό και πολιτιστικό μνημείο.
Κατασκευάστηκε στις αρχές του περασμένου αιώνα από ένα τεχνίτη που αποκαλούσαν «Σκαρπαθιώτη», πιθανόν εξαιτίας της καταγωγής του από το νησί της Καρπάθου.
Το καμπαναριό έχει ύψος είκοσι μέτρα περίπου και συνίσταται από δύο μέρη: το κάτω μέρος ύψους δώδεκα μέτρων είναι λιθόκτιστο και αποτελεί τη βάση του και το πάνω μέρος κτισμένο με σκαλιστές πέτρες αποτελεί το κωδωνοστάσιο σε τρία επίπεδα, ιδιαίτερης αξίας από απόψεως αισθητικής.

In the village of Moni and on the riverside street, between pine, olive and orange trees, there is the church of "Panagia Kera".
It used to function as a nun's monastery and celebrates every year on September 8th. In the backyard of the church stands the belfry of Our Lady of Kera, a fine work of folk architecture, which is nowadays a valuable religious and cultural monument.
It was built at the beginning of the last century by a craftsman called "Skarpathiotis", probably because of its origin on the island of Karpathos.
The bell tower is about twenty meters high and consists of two parts: the bottom of the 12 meters is stone-built and its base and the upper part with carved stones is the three-level bell tower, of particular aesthetic value.
