★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο νότιο τμήμα του νομού Ηρακλείου, στην κατεύθυνση προς Αγίους Δέκα Υπάρχει ο πανέμορφος Αρχαιολογικός χώρος της Γόρτυνας. Αξίζει να τον επισκεφθείς. Είναι κυριολεκτικά κρυμμένος μέσα Στο πράσινο!!!
Ακριβώς στην δεξιά στροφή, προς την απολαυστική παραλία του ΛΕΝΤΑ!!
In the southern part of the prefecture of Heraklion, in the direction of Agioi Deka, there is the beautiful Archaeological site of Gortyna. It is worth visiting. It is literally hidden in the green !!!
Right on the right turn, towards the enjoyable beach of LENTA !!

Υπέροχη θέα στα γυρω βουνα, με μυρωδιές από άγρια βότανα ,εξαιρετικό παραδοσιακο φαγητό και Κρητική φιλοξενία.
Πολυ γρηγορη και ευκολη προσβαση από το Ηρακλειο με δυνατότητα για παρα πολλες κοντινες εκδρομές σε παραθαλασιες παραλιες , αρχαιολογικούς και φυσιολατρικους χώρους.
Σίγουρα είναι μια πολυ καλή επιλογή για ησυχία μακρυά αλλά και τόσο κοντά από πολυσυχναστες τουριστικές περιοχες.
In the center of Crete and its grandeur.
Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, with smells of wild herbs, excellent traditional food and Cretan hospitality.
Very fast and easy access from Heraklion with the possibility for many short excursions to seaside beaches, archaeological and nature sites.
It is definitely a very good choice for quiet far away but also so close to crowded tourist areas.
