★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά είναι απίστευτοι! Επικοινωνούν τηλεφωνικά για να πάμε από εκεί να παραλάβουμε το δέμα! Αυτή είναι η τακτική της γενικής ταχυδρομικής. Τι πληρώνω τελικά κύριοι;; Το τηλεφώνημα για να πάω να το παραλάβω ο ίδιος ή να το φέρουν στη διεύθυνση που δήλωσα; Ειλικρινά αποφεύγω τη συνεργασία μαζί τους....
 They really are incredible! They contact us by phone to go from there to pick up the parcel! This is the tactic of general postage. What do I finally pay gentlemen ?? The phone call to go pick it up myself or bring it to the address I stated? I honestly avoid working with them ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές έχω δέμα με την συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική ποτέ δεν μου το φέρνουν, το τηλεφωνο ποτε δεν το σηκωνουν!!!!!
και το κορυφαιο απο ολα, σε ειρωνευονται κιολας! Τοσοι εκει εξω είναι ανεργοι τι μου κρατατε τετοια ατομα που σας χαλανε το ονομα! εκτος αν αυτη την εντολη εχουν!
Every time I have a package with the specific transport company, they never bring it to me, they never pick up the phone !!!!!
and best of all, they make fun of you! So many out there are unemployed, why are you holding me by such people who ruined your name! unless they have this command!

Τηλεφωνούν για επιβεβαίωση διεύθυνσης παράδοσης, έρχονται, υποτίθενται πως δε μας βρίσκουν, και αφήνουν σημείωμα.
Μιλάμε για περίοδο καραντίνας και πλήρους απομόνωσης για όλη την οικογένεια, με τρία άτομα στο σπίτι.
Μήπως πρέπει να ελέγξετε τους διανομείς σας και να αρχίσετε να πιστεύετε τους πελάτες σας;
Εννοείται αρνούνται να την ξαναφέρουν αύριο, πρέπει να πάμε να την παραλάβουμε. Ξαναλέω, σε καραντίνα, έτσι;
Για να σας προλάβω, τους ειπαμε το πρωί ότι μπορούν να την αφήσουν κάτω, να μας χτυπήσουν, και να την πάρουμε από την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας, ακριβώς ώστε να μην διατρέξει κανένας διανομέας κίνδυνο.
Ξέρουμε τι θα ακούσουμε: ότι μας το έφεραν και δεν ήμασταν εδώ. Εννοείται, γνωστή αντιμετώπιση. Απορίας άξιο για τις εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται ακόμα μαζί τους και αναγκαστικά βασιζόμαστε στις υπηρεσίες τους.
Η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση αχαρακτήριστη.
Update: Πάμε να παραλάβουμε και μας λένε ότι η παραλαβή ήταν από το κατάστημα, γιατί δεν υπήρχε διεύθυνση. Την οποια διεύθυνση πήρατε τηλέφωνο το πρωί και σας τη δώσαμε! Τότε τι μας λέτε για σημειώματα και θηροτηλεφωνα; Εννοείται πως δεν είχαμε κανενα σημείωμα και κανενα θηροτηλεφωνο δε χτύπησε. Σε καραντίνα είμαστε, δεν είμαστε κουφοί.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτοι ,η παραγγελια μου εφτσσε και ποτε δε με ειδοποιησαν.
Τους πηρα η ιδια τηλέφωνο μετα απο μια βδομαδα αφου δεν ειχα ειδοποιση απο αυτους και μου ειπαν οτι ναι ειναι εκει εδω και μια βδομαδα και να παω να το παρω μονη μου απο εκει.Απαραδεκτοι
Unacceptable, my order was delayed and I was never notified.
I called them myself after a week since I had not been notified by them and they told me that yes it has been there for a week and I should go and get it on my own from there. Unacceptable
