★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορώ να θυμηθώ πόσες φορές τους κάλεσα στο τηλέφωνο, σε χρονικό διάστημα μιας μιας ολοκληρης εβδομαδας και δεν μου το σήκωσε κάνεις ούτε μια φορά. Τουλαχιστον ας καλούσαν όταν ευκαιρουσαν μετά από τόσες αναπάντητες ίσως να ηταν κατι σημαντικό.
I can't remember how many times I called them on the phone, in a whole week and it didn't bother me even once. At least let them call when they had the opportunity after so many unanswered things it might have been something important.

Οι τιμές είναι πολύ καλές και χαμηλότερες από άλλα σημεία κούριερ στη Φλώρινα.
Θα έβγαζα ένα αστέρι λόγω του ότι το κατάστημα είναι ατακτοποίητο (πολλά κουτιά παντού), αλλά θα ήταν μάλλον άδικο για τους εργαζόμενους μιας και η κατάσταση αυτή οφείλεται πιθανότατα στην έλλειψη χώρου.
Γενικά πολύ ευχαριστημένος, θα το ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω όταν χρειαστεί!
The two employees I have met are very kind and helpful.
Prices are very good and lower than other courier points in Florina.
I would get a star because the store is messy (lots of boxes everywhere), but it would be rather unfair to employees as this situation is most likely due to lack of space.
Overall very happy, I will use it again when needed!
