★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για άλλη μια φορά αναξιόπιστοι. Δεν με βρήκαν εχθές (λογικό για τις ώρες που έρχονται )και μου ζητήθηκε να επαναπροσδιορίσω ημερομηνία.
Εννοείται ότι ακόμα περιμένω.
Απορώ από τα κεντρικά δεν βλέπουν πόσες κακές κριτικές υπάρχουν.
Και δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά φαντάζομαι ουτε και η τελευταία που θα εχουμε πρόβλημα με την παράδοση των δεμάτων
 Once again unreliable. I was not found yesterday (reasonable for the hours to come) and I was asked to reschedule.
Of course I'm still waiting.
I wonder from the mainstream not seeing how many bad reviews there are.
And this is not the first time I imagine nor the last time we have a problem with parcel delivery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά οτι χειρότερο, όπως και το προσωπικό εκεί μέσα. Πολλές φορές δν μου στέλνουν μήνυμα στο κινητό για ειδοποίηση. Μια φορα επίσης ο κουριερ βαριόταν να ανέβει μέχρι τον 3ο όροφο με ασανσέρ κιόλας και κόλλησε χαρτάκι κάτω ότι και καλά λείπω από το σπίτι για να περάσω από το κατάστημα(αυτό έγινε δυο φορές). Αλλη μια μέρα ζητάω το δέμα μου με τα στοιχεία μου και ενώ το είχαν έλεγε η έξυπνη ότι δν εχει έρθει, δλδ ψέματα. Πριν 12 μέρες παρήγγειλα λαπτοπ και έχει έρθει απο της 15 του μήνα και φυσικά ούτε μήνυμα ούτε κάποιο email να ειδοποιηθω οτι ήρθε. ΕΊΣΤΕ ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΌΤΕΡΟ ΡΕ ΖΩΑ
Really that worse, like the staff in there. Many times they don't send me a message on my cell phone to notify me. Once upon a time, the courier was bored to go up to the 3rd floor with an elevator and he stuck a piece of paper down that I was well away from home to go through the store (this happened twice). Another day I asked for my parcel with my details and while they had said it, the smart one said that she hadn't come, ddd lies. 12 days ago I ordered a laptop and it has been coming since the 15th of the month and of course neither a message nor an email to let me know that it has arrived. YOU ARE THAT WORSE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για πολλοστή φορά δεύτερη μέρα στο κατάστημα και δεν το φέρνουν. Κλείστε το μαγαζί καλύτερα να μην ταλαιπωρείτε τον κόσμο. Ξανά θα αναγκαστώ να πάω από το κατάστημα να παραλάβω....
For the umpteenth time a second day in the store and they do not bring it. Close the store better not to bother people. Again I will have to go from the store to pick up ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα που δούλευε στις 29/4/2022 το πρωί στο ταμείο, πρέπει να πάρει τον τίτλο miss αγένεια 2022. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση.
The girl who worked on the cashier on 29/4/2022 in the morning, must get the title miss rudeness 2022. Very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανικανότητα εξυπηρέτησης την οποία προσπαθούν να κρύψουν πίσω από αυτοματοποιημένα συστήματα. Με καλούν για παράδοση και μου λέει ένα αυτόματο σύστημα ότι θα με συνδέσει με τον διανομέα και να συνεννοηθούμε για την παράδοση αλλά δε συνδέθηκε ποτέ η γραμμή και μου κλείνει. Καλώντας πίσω υπάρχει πάλι αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα στο οποίο δε μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις με άνθρωπο και δε βοηθάει καθόλου. Μία ώρα μετά έρχεται μήνυμα αδυναμίας παράδοσης. Λογικό αφού μια ώρα προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω να τους πω πως βρίσκομαι στον κάτω όροφο και να χτυπήσουν άλλο κουδούνι και ΔΕ ΜΠΟΡΩ!
Inability to serve which they try to hide behind automated systems. They call me for delivery and an automatic system tells me that it will connect me to the distributor and we can arrange for delivery but the line was never connected and it closes for me. Calling back there is again an automated system in which you can not communicate with a person and it does not help at all. An hour later comes a message of inability to deliver. It makes sense after an hour I try to contact them to tell them that I am downstairs and they ring another bell and I CANNOT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Simos Polpatzis Λυπάμαι για την εμπειρία σας στις 29/04/2022 προσπαθώ να εξυπηρετώ όλους τους πελάτες με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Δεν γνωρίζω τον λόγο για τον οποίο αναφέρεστε σε αγενή συμπεριφορά εκ μέρους μου. Ο σκοπός μου στο πόστο αυτό είναι να διασφαλίζω την ομαλή ροή της εξυπηρέτησης όλων των πελατών που επισκέπτονται το κατάστημα μας με ευγένεια και σεβασμό αμφότερα.
@Simos Polpatzis I'm sorry for your experience on 29/04/2022 I try to serve all customers in the best possible way. I do not know why you are referring to rude behavior on my part. My purpose in this post is to ensure the smooth flow of service to all customers who visit our store with courtesy and respect for both.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes forever to wait in line
I came two days in a row and I had to wait 15 minutes in the sun only for ONE person ahead of me to be serviced.
First day I thought it was random,2 in a row means these guys need to seriously restructure .
Another thing,I got a message on Saturday to pick up a parcel,it said open until 15:00 .
I arrived at 14:00 and they were closed.
One passing by person told me they close at 13:00 on saturdays......
