L	Loufer 21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά.Παρήγγειλα μέσω internet κάποια εργαλεία αλλά οι κύριοι ύστερα από 3 τηλεφωνήματα για ενημέρωση διαθεσιμότητας και αφού λέγανε πως θα το κοιτάξουνε και θα μου τηλεφωνήσουν πίσω,κάποιος κύριος μου είπε πως έχει πολύ δουλειά και πως δέ θα ασχοληθεί με εμένα που η παραγγελία μου είναι χαμηλής αξίας μόνο 50 ευρώ.Η πρώτη επικοινωνία έγινε στης 10 περίπου το πρωί και η τρίτη περίπου στης 4 όπου και θα έκλεινε το μαγαζί.Τέτοια καταστήματα είναι απαράδεκτο να υπάρχουν στο internet αν δε μπορούν να εξυπηρετήσουν τους πελάτες τους και τέτοιες συμπεριφορές οι κύριοι να έχουν στους φίλους τους. Unacceptable behavior. I ordered some tools via the internet but the gentlemen after 3 phone calls for availability information and after they said they would look at it and call me back, a gentleman told me that he has a lot of work and that he will not deal with me that my order It is low value only 50 euros. The first contact was made at around 10 in the morning and the third at around 4 where the store would close. Such stores are unacceptable to exist on the internet if they can not serve their customers and such behaviors to have in their friends.

Μπραβο στα παιδια για την προσπαθεια! Αψογοι ολοι τους! Large variety of products. You find things about molecular cooking and confectionery that I didn't know I could find in Greece. Bravo to the kids for trying! Perfect for all of them!

Κριτικη θα κανω μονο για την εξυπηρετηση, που ηταν εκπληκτικη και πηγα και σε περιοδο εορτων και δεν αγορασα και κατι! Εχουν οντως παραξενα προϊοντα που απευθυνονται σε επαγγελματιες ή ψαγμενους ερασιτεχνες. Επισης ο χωρος μυριζε σα να εψηναν κέικ!! For the price I have no opinion, I stayed if it seems expensive I just do not buy it. I will only do a review for the service, which was amazing and I went to a holiday party and didn't buy anything! They have really weird products that are aimed at professional or amateur amateurs. Also the place smelled like they were making cakes !!

Όταν επισκέφθηκα το φυσικό κατάστημα επί της οδού Αθηνάς για να ρωτήσω λεπτομέρειες σχετικά με τη δυνατότητα χονδρικής πώλησης, ο υπάλληλος με ξαναπαρέπεμψε στο ίντερνετ. Η συμπεριφορά του ήταν κακή, αρνήθηκε να με εξυπηρετήσει καθώς κατά δήλωσή του τα προϊόντα του καταστήματος απευθύνονται μόνο σε επαγγελματίες σεφ. Κατά την έξοδό μου δεν παρέλειψε να ειρωνευτεί έναν πελάτη σε συνάδελφό του. Συνιστώ στον ιδιοκτήτη να έχει καλύτερη επίβλεψη του προσωπικού της επιχείρησής του. N	Ni Xa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Έχει ανοίξει δίπλα από εκεί που συστεγαζόταν παλιά και επιτέλους ένα οργανωμένο κατάστημα με ευγενικό προσωπικό! Ας ξεκινήσουμε από το βασικά: δεν είναι κατάστημα, είναι αποθήκη μέσα σε ένα κατάστημα με εργαλεία. Όχι εργαλεία bar, πριόνια, κατσαβίδια κτλ. Αρχικά απαράδεκτο ότι δεν υπήρχε εμφανής ταμπέλα από έξω και πρέπει να ρωτήσεις τα γύρω μαγαζιά. Σε τιμές εξοπλισμού θα έλεγα τσιμπημένες (μεταλλική κούπα των 13€ την είχε 18€ πχ). Στα "χημικά", αγαρ, αλμπουμίνες, κιτρικά κτλ είχε οκ τιμές τις οποίες βέβαια έπρεπε να πας στο ταμείο στο ισόγειο (ευγενικότατοι ομως στο ταμείο) να στις πουν αφού στην αποθήκη του ημιόροφου δεν γνώριζαν τιμές και δεν ήταν έτσι κι αλλιώς και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Γενικά μας έδωσε μια εντύπωση "ξεπέτας". Φέρνετε ωραία πραγματάκια, προωθήστε το και κάντε το κατάστημα..
