Φοβερές τιμές, ασυναγώνιστη ποιότητα! Το προτινω ανεπιφύλακτα!! The best shop in Alimos! The gentleman who served me was very kind as well as the others in the store, they helped me with any questions I had! Awesome prices, unbeatable quality! I highly recommend it !!
A	Anna Manias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπειτα από 3 τηλέφωνα και 2 emails, κανένας δεν εδέησε να μου απαντήσει στο απλό ερώτημα αν μπορούν να αναλάβουν την επισκευή-γέμισμα του καναπέ που πήραμε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα 3 χρόνια πριν. Ενδεικτικά, τριθέσιος καναπές που «έκατσε» τόσο στο μαξιλάρι του καθίσματος, όσο και στα μαξιλάρια πλάτης. Και όχι φτηνός. Ακόμα περιμένω να με πάρουν και να με ενημερώσουν αν γίνεται, «αφού μεταβιβάσουν το αίτημά μου». Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μηδενική. After 3 phone calls and 2 emails, no one came to answer my simple question if they can undertake the repair-filling of the sofa that we got from the specific store 3 years ago. Indicatively, a three-seater sofa that "sat" on both the seat cushion and the back cushions. And not cheap. I am still waiting for them to take me and inform me if it is possible, "after they transfer my request". Zero customer service.

Ειρωνια σε βαθμό που σε εξοργίζει τόσο ώστε να φτάνεις σε σημείο να χάνεις και το δίκιο σου. Δεν ξέρω ακόμη πως λειτουργούν και δεν τους έχουν κλείσει.. Για καναπέ με εγγύηση μας είπαν ότι αφού δεν γράφει κάτι το τιμολόγιο τότε είναι στα λόγια άρα δεν ισχύει.. 2000€ προϊόν.. Να προσέχετε. Οσο για τον κύριο υπεύθυνο πρέπει να έχετε υπομονή και κυρίως εγκράτεια επίσης και να ΡΙΣΚΆΡΕΤΕ. Απορώ αν και δεν θα μου έκανε εντύπωση να έχει γίνει ήδη.. Πως ακόμη δεν έχει φάει @@@υλο από αγανακτισμενους πελάτες-θύματα... Unacceptable irony from him under (if) responsible. Φ	ΦΡΟΣΩ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε όλα τα έπιπλα του σπιτιού μας απ'το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα πριν 2 χρόνια. Στο κατάστημά η κυρία που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πιστεύαμε ότι θα είχαμε και αντίστοιχη αντιμετώπιση και από τους υπόλοιπους. Αντιθέτως ο υπεύθυνος ήταν ένας κύριος καθόλου εξυπηρετικός και γεμάτος ΕΙΡΩΝΕΊΑ . Τέτοια ειρωνική συμπεριφορά δεν έχω ξανασυναντησει. Η παράδοση έγινε 20 μέρες μετά από την ημερομηνία που είχαμε συμφωνήσει και ο γωνιακός καναπες με το που ήρθε ξεκουμπωνε με το παραμικρό. Είχαμε πάρει 2 τηλέφωνα και μάλιστα και το δεύτερο ήταν πριν 2 μήνες. Μας είπαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσει κάποιος υπεύθυνος μαζί μας. Ακόμα περιμένουμε. Αναγκαστηκαμε να σηκώσουμε μόνοι μας τον καναπέ για να ανακαλύψουμε ότι είχαν βάλει λάθος το κούμπωμα. Με τα πολλά και με κάποια προσπάθεια το φτιάξαμε μόνοι μας. Λοιπόν εν κατακλείδι, από ποιότητα είναι καλά,αλλά υπάρχουν μαγαζιά που έχουν εξίσου καλά έπιπλα με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση πριν αλλά και ΜΕΤΆ την αγορά. We bought all the furniture of our house from this store 2 years ago. In the store the lady who served us was very kind and we thought that we would be treated similarly by the others. On the contrary, the person in charge was a gentleman who was not at all helpful and full of IRONY. I have never encountered such ironic behavior. Delivery took place 20 days after the date we had agreed and the corner sofa with what came was unbuttoned in the slightest. We had gotten 2 phones and in fact the second one was 2 months ago. We were told that someone in charge would contact us. We are still waiting. We had to lift the sofa ourselves to find out that they had put the clasp wrong. With a lot and with some effort we made it ourselves. Well in conclusion, from quality they are good, but there are shops that have equally good furniture with better service before and AFTER the purchase.
T	Theofania Sakellariou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε έναν γωνιακό καναπέ τον Ιούλιο του οποίου αν εξαιρέσουμε το σκελετό και το ύφασμα, όλο το υπόλοιπο ήταν λάθος. Λάθος διάταξη του καναπέ, λάθος μαξιλάρια και πλάτης και καθίσματος. Έπειτα από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα του Αλίμου καταλήξαμε τηλεφωνικώς στις αλλαγές και μας είπε η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο, η οποία παρεπιπτόντως ήταν ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική, πως θα έρθουν να παραλάβουν τα λάθος μαξιλάρια και να πάρουν τις μετρήσεις για τα καινούργια. Πέρασε 1,5 μήνας και δεν είχαμε καμία ενημέρωση σχετικά με το πότε και αν θα έρθουν. Ξαναεπικοινωνήσαμε με το κατάστημα στον Άλιμο και μας είπαν πως μάλλον (;) το ξέχασαν και πως θα ενημερωθούν και θα ενημερώσουν και εμένα για το πότε θα έρθουν. Πέρασε άλλος 1,5 μήνας χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση και επικοινωνήσαμε ΞΑΝΑ με το κατάστημα όπου μας έδωσαν το τηλέφωνο του εργοστασίου για να μιλήσουμε με τον υπεύθυνο. Πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν και από εκεί πως θα μας καλέσει ο υπεύθυνος. ΑΚΟΜΑ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΟΥΜΕ! We bought a corner sofa in July which, with the exception of the frame and the fabric, was all wrong.
