We had a wonderful journey at Paros Palace. All the staff is really nice, available. The place is also very nice: nice piscine with bar and restaurant with view of the port in the background, and mostly view on the amazing sunset. Only 5 mn by car to the port. The manager is very arranging: transfer to the port, booking of buggys, delivered directly to the hotel. To sum up: it was an amazing trip to Paros and Paros Palace team contributed a lot to it!

This hotel is just great! Not far from the center with free shuttle if you don’t want to walk 15mn/ very quiet/ wonderful rooms with quality bed and nice decoration/ great breakfast, food and drinks. The best is definitely the team, staff there. Amazingly kind, great service from the boss to the barman. Thank you to Panos, to Ali, to Theoni and all the staff! You made our stay wonderful ??

When we had a canceled ferry they offered to move one of our nights of stay to the end of our trip with no fees. Very accommodating and easy to communicated with. Super clean rooms and beautiful pool and sunset views highly recommend.

The best hotel in Paros! Do yourself a favor and stay here on your trip to Paros. The service is absolutely wonderful!!! They provide a shuttle to pick you up to and from the port and town whenever you want to go. They also arranged a transfer to the airport for us and to Noussa. The room was beautiful with sweeping views of the surrounding vineyards and the town in the distance. The breakfast was great with so many different choices and everything was delicious. There is a great pool, bar area, and restaurant as well and the whole property is beautiful. We’ll be staying here again when we come back to Paros. Bonus points for the super friendly owner and her cute little dog!

****Response to Paros Palace**** You still fail to acknowledge that our primary complaint was YOUR rudeness and petulant defensiveness after we gave you simple customer experience feedback when requested (after paying!) We knew how to operate the spa, infact you did it and told us it would take 2-3 hours to warm up. It took >8 - if you’d told us about the cover it would have been less. Other guests must have been breaking the laws of physics - or likely staying longer so it wasn’t so much of an issue. ****Original Review**** We stayed at Paros Palace for one night following a friend's recommendation. Its a great location on the hill overlooking paroikia. The spa suite room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and they offer complementary transport upon request to and from the town centre which was a nice touch. On the downside, we were not able to use the jacuzzi until the next morning, and staff reaction when we tried to explain our frustrations a simple feedback only left us much more frustrated. We called in the morning to book and asked for a room with the bath/jacuzzi specifically because we intended to use it for the single night that we were there. We arrived at 6pm but it was off and too cold to use. We were told if we turn it on it would heat up within a couple of hours. By 11pm, the water was still not up to temperature. Behind the room, outside, we discovered a cover for the jacuzzi which we put on around and left it running overnight to heat faster. By morning the water temp was good but we were only able to use it for an hour before we had to check out. This was frustrating. At check out before the usual "how was your stay", they pushed the bill in front of us and asked us to sign. It was only after we paid that they asked us how our stay was. We mentioned the problem with the jacuzzi temperature and specifically said we are not looking for a refund, we are simply offering feedback. The gentleman at reception became immediately defensive and argumentative. He repeated that it is not the hotel's fault, nobody complained before and that we should have checked in earlier to turn the jacuzzi on and that this is our problem. We explained that we called in the morning and couldn't have possibly known this would have been an issue, it would have been helpful if they had either had prepared it earlier (asked for our arrival time when we called??) or at least mentioned there is a cover to help increase the temperature faster. This poor level of customer service was the main takeaway from our trip. Paying before being asked how our stay was coupled with shortness and rudeness towards us after expressing simple feedback (when requested) was lacking as to what you would expect from such a reputable hotel.

I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It is absolutely spotless and our room (junior suite) was nothing short of perfect. Really welcoming arrival - free pick up from the port and you want for nothing here. The pool area is lovely, the bar is great and breakfast was fantastic. I was so glad we stayed here as it’s a 10 minute walk from the port so less busy. Hire a moped via the Palace and you can get anywhere quickly. The manager was incredible - sorted everything for us, gave great recommendations and lastly, when we were waiting to board the ferry had to last minute call him to get our passports that we had left behind. Excellent stay - top quality hotel, fantastic facilities, pick without hesitation.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a location super close to the port. We rented an ATV and we were able to see the entire island but if we hadn’t I would have stayed in NASUSA as it just felt more hip and had better food options. We appreciated this location as it was a bit quieter overall. Pros: - Breakfast had great options for non vegetarians - we got the room with the hot tub on the balcony- good size room with a stunning sea view! - hotel offered shuttle pick up and drop off and drop off to a close by beach which was nice. - room service staff was rly nice And food was good! Cons: - front desk was not very friendly And didn’t speak the greatest English - front reception was not as helpful with things to do in the area - very few items for vegetarians to eat - absolutely no wifi in room 302 and when we told them they were in disbelief this could be true (it worked right outside of the room however)

Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paros. Staff are very nice and helpful, offering lifts to and from Port and even offered to bring us to a restaurant. Hotel room itself is beautiful and one of the nicest I've stayed in on my trip to Greece. Breakfast had a variety of food and portions were big. If in Paros again I would definitely stay again at Paros Palace.
