Δεν ξέρω στην χειροποίητη σάλτσα σοκολάτα τους τι κάνουν αλλά η ισορροπία γεύσης μαζί με την σαντιγί,δημιουργεί ένα αποτέλεσμα που δεν σε λιγώνει.Καμία σχέση με τα ετοιματζίδικα τύπου προφιτερόλ που δίνουν άλλοι.
Must κ η καριοκα.
Probably one of the best profiteroles I have ever eaten.
I do not know what they do in their handmade chocolate sauce but the balance of taste together with the whipped cream, creates a result that does not diminish you.
Must and the carioca.

For years, I did not expect customers to give me stale, literally for throwing profiteroles cake, and to be exposed because I gave it as a gift .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we bought a chocolate pie a couple of days ago and it was stale to the degree we could hardly cut it in pieces. It was such an embarassement to serve it after dinner and we would really appreciate if you had kindly prevented us from buying.
Profiterole is delicious and usually fresh.
