★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the traditional vassilopita some days before. There was a queue outside and the people working inside were freaking out. They ran up and down without purpose, they forgot what customers wanted to buy and they couldn't handle any pressure. The vassilopita had something like "Καλή χρονιά 2021" written on it, but either it was already destroyed when they put it in the box, or it was ruined on our way back home, since it was only written with powder sugar! That's a significant problem already, since you buy a vassilopita for that. But it's getting even worse... It didn't even have a lucky coin (φλουρί) inside, which is a great disappointment for everybody, especially for kids. The cake wasn't very tasty either.
That's the second special day they destroy us. I cannot forget the "mistake" I've made to order a birthday cake from them, because they forgot all the ornaments that were part of its decoration! Very unprofessional!

This was great customer service & thankful my friend brought me here. I highly recommend.
