I bought pastes 3 times and they were stale !!!!

Very beautiful clean and elegant space. Here you will find a wide variety of fresh pastries of all kinds. The ice cream is also made there and is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff of the store is very kind and willing to serve you. I believe that even the most demanding customer will find what he is looking for to satisfy his desire!

On a clear Monday, they brought me a sweet cadefi cake from the 'Athena' patisserie. Serve with peanut ice cream (bought from another patisserie). The filling was two small almonds (in each) and they were burnt !! no syrup !! and trace !! peanut grated on top. We were all disappointed. The friends who brought it to us said that "there is no way we can get dessert from there again". We only ate the ice cream and left the kadaifi half-eaten. The taste was so bad that the no filling and the burnt almond left us, after the beautiful meal we had, that for the first time in my life I decided and went to the patisserie to complain. The answer of the person in charge (after I had asked about the person in charge) was that "it happened !!!!! And that since you did not pay it, what do you care !!!!" In our discussion I suggested that I send him photos and even take him from there to see it himself but he was not interested !!!!! The replacement showed no intention of apologizing. He said that since my friends got the dessert they will shop from there and they know their quality, but no they do not shop from there, it happened and they got it. I said to him "should I tell my friends to come and tell you themselves?" And he answered "yes !!!" I consider this behavior unacceptable. No matter how much it costs, even if I did not buy it, it is inadmissible to sell such a product! I'm sorry you are not professionals !!!!

One of the best confectioneries in Athens. Sweets, cakes, syrups not only fresh, but also really so delicious that they would surely envy even large ones. Very clean place with impeccable service.
