Παρελαβα το πακετο μου πιο γρηγορα απο οτι περιμενα, την πρωτη εργασιμη ημερα μετα την αποστολη, οπως ακριβως εδειχνε η "αναζητηση με voucher" στην ιστοσελιδα τους, Με εξυπηρετησαν με ταχυτητα, ευγενεια κ αποτελεσματικοτητα.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν επιτρέπεται το 21 να μην έχουν pos να πληρώσω και να λένε ότι μ... Τους κατεβαίνει στο κεφάλι απλά τους κρατάει προμήθεια η τράπεζα για να πάρουν δουλειές ρίχνουν το κόστος και τρέχα γύρευε. Έχασα την δουλειά μου άφησα το δέμα μου εκεί πέρα για να τρέχω να βρίσκω τράπεζα να βγάζω μετρητά.
Δε παίζει να ξανά συνεργαστώ ειλικρινά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχα παραγγείλει μία κούτα με πακέτα χαρτιά για εκτύπωση. Αν και δεν ζυγίζε γύρω στα 5 κίλα επειδη έλειπα ήταν μόνο η μητερα μου στο σπίτι η οποία λόγω εγχείρησης δεν μπορει να σηκωσει βαρια πράγματα. Το παιδι αμέσως προσφέρθηκε να το ανεβάσει πάνω στον 5ο όροφο και με χαλασμένο ασανσερ..
Υ/Γ Το παιδί λεγόταν Γιώργος αν θυμάμαι καλά και πάλι μπράβο γιατι η εικόνα μιας εταιρείας είναι οι υπαλληλοί της:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο courier .οι κοπέλες στο τηλέφωνο βαριουνται και είναι σε φάση να πουν στον πελάτη πως τολμάς και ζητάς ενημέρωση για την παραγγελία σου; Απαντήσεις δεν παίρνεις ποτέ τρεις μέρες τώρα περιμένω για μια παραγγελία αποστολέας κι παραλήπτης βρίσκονται στην Αθήνα . Δεν ξέρουμε αν θα την παραλάβεις μεθαύριο . Αν δεν είναι θα είναι στην επόμενη εργάσιμη η μάλλον πιο μετά .δεν θα παραγγείλω ξανά από εταιρίες που συνεργαζότνται μαζί το συγκεκριμένο courier
The worst courier. The girls on the phone are bored and are about to tell the customer how dare you ask for information about your order? If it is not it will be in the next working day or rather later. I will not order again from companies that work with this courier
