Έχω προβεί στο κατάστημα τους για αλλαγή οθόνης σε κινητά, για γενικό σέρβις σε pc αλλά και back up.
Δεν αντιμετώπισα πρόβληματα.
Ακόμα και το eshop τους είναι άμεσο και με μεγάλη γκάμα ανταλλακτικών αλλά και αξεσουάρ.

I've gone through their store to switch screens to mobiles, for general service on pc but also back up.
I did not experience any problems.
Even their eshop is direct and with a wide range of spare parts and accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα μεγάλο πρόβλημα με το laptop μου άλλοι μου έλεγαν ότι θα φτιαχτεί μετά από 3 μέρες και αν! Το έφερα στο Pc Bugs και τα παιδιά με εξυπηρέτησαν κατευθείαν! Το Laptop μου φτιάχτηκε μέσα σε 4 ώρες! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και το laptop λειτουργεί άψογα. Μου κάνανε format, αλλαγή σκληρού, back up, εσωτερικό καθαρισμό στις πάστες! Όλα αυτά σε πολύ καλή τιμή! Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!
I had a big problem with my laptop others told me that it will be made after 3 days and if! I brought it to Pc Bugs and the kids served me right through! My Laptop was made within 4 hours! The staff were courteous and the laptop works neatly. They made me format, change hard, back up, interior cleaning in pastes! All this at a very good price! Thank you for all! I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Νέα ανάρτηση : Ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταστήματος επικοινώνησε μαζί μου ζητώντας διευκρινίσεις για την αγορά που πραγματοποίησα και αναγνωρίσαμε και οι 2 τα λάθη μας. Προχώρησε σε νέα αποστολή των τζαμιών και κάποιων επιπλέον δώρων, ευχαριστώ πολύ και το εκτιμώ ιδιαιτέρως.
Παρήγγειλα ηλεκτρονικά 2 τζάμια για την προστασία της οθόνης του κινητού μου και τα παρέλαβα από το κατάστημα. Αρχικά μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση ότι μου τα έδωσαν χωρίς κάποια χάρτινη θήκη (δεν ψώνισα από πλανόδιο, αλλά κατάστημα), δεν έδωσα σημασία, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν την επόμενη μέρα που πήγα να τοποθετήσω το ένα τζάμι ήταν ήδη σπασμένο, το ίδιο και το δεύτερο. Δεν τα έβαλα σε τσάντα επίτηδες, μόλις επέστρεψα σπίτι τα τοποθέτησα σε ασφαλές σημείο. Άρα πρέπει να αγοράσω ξανά. Το δεύτερο που με ενόχλησε ήταν ότι τους ζήτησα να μου τοποθετήσουν το ένα τζάμι επιτόπου, μου λένε υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση 3,00€, ενώ ήδη είχα αγοράσει από το κατάστημα τους. Παρόλο που είναι σε κοντινή μου απόσταση το κατάστημα, δεν θα ψωνίσω ξανά.
New post: The store owner contacted me asking for clarifications on the purchase I made and we both acknowledged our mistakes. He proceeded with a new shipment of windows and some extra gifts, thank you very much and I really appreciate it.
I ordered 2 glasses online to protect the screen of my mobile phone and received them from the store. At first I was under the negative impression that they gave it to me without a paper case (I did not buy from a street vendor, but a store), I did not pay attention, the result was the next day I went to install one glass was already broken, the same as the second. I did not put them in a bag on purpose, as soon as I returned home I placed them in a safe place. So I have to buy again. The second thing that bothered me was that I asked them to place one of my windows on the spot, they tell me there is an additional charge of € 3.00, while I had already bought from their store. Although the store is within walking distance, I will not be shopping again.
